Parents Don’t Have The Right To Choose The Education For Their Children

West Virginia students are being suspended for opting out of Common Core Tests.
“Parents don’t have the right to pick and choose the provisions of public education in which they feel they want to comply with.”  Said Superintendent Mark Manchin.  “Show me in the Constitution where it says parents have the right to dictate how their children are to be educated”.
An Open letter to Mr. Manchin Superintendent of Schools in the District of Harrison County West Virginia USA…
Dear Mr. Manchin,
Oh! Mr. District Superintendent Manchin, with all due respect, let me teach you just a little bit about America, and its Constitutional law. 
First, it is so obvious to me that you Mr. Manchin have not had an education yourself, but have obviously been robotically programed with the same Nazi garbage that you are now vomiting out on little unsuspecting innocent children who don’t know any better.  Well Mr. robotically programed superintendent Manchin, I am not little, and not a child, I am a grownup, and an American, who knows just a little something about Constitutional law.  
Second: I don’t know just what Constitution you have read Mr. Manchin if you have even read one, but my American Constitution says just the opposite, and that is, that it’s the government… that has absolutely no right to dictate the type of education that the PEOPLE will receive.  Try reading the 9th Amendment, it’s really interesting, it says: 
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”  I’ll explain slowly Mr. Manchin because I know robots can’t read fast.  It means that just because every human right that God gave us, mention in the Declaration of independence, isn’t listed in the Constitution, it doesn’t mean that we the people of these United States of America do not have them.  We, my robotic friend have all the rights in the universe that are not granted to the government by the Constitution.
That brings to mind the 10th Amendment Mr. Manchin, which states “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” 
So, Mr. Manchin I will ask ‘you’ to show ‘me’ where in the Constitution does it say that the Federal government, that dictates the standardization of Common Core has any authority to do so??? You see unlike the 9th amendment where all the rights of “the people” do not have to be listed, in the 10th Amendment it says all the rights of the Federal Government does have to be listed.  And guess what? Education is not listed in the Constitution of the United States of America as one of its powers, period…
So Mr. Manchin, you really need to go to school and actually learn something about real history that hasn’t been rewritten by Communist Core.  May I recommend Hillsdale University in Michigan. It’s the college that taught me Constitutional law.

Parents of students at Liberty High School in West Virginia are receiving phone calls from the school indicating that their child will be suspended if they opt out of Common Core testing next week.

Superintendent Mark Manchin called into the Mike Queen show on WAJR and confirmed that actions would be taken against students who opt out, saying it would not allow kids to opt out of other rules that the school has, such as smoking in front of the school.
Manchin also compared opting out to driving 80 mph down the highway.  He added, “We simply can not allow them to opt out.”
“If we allow that door to open, where people can unilaterally decide what parts of public education they adhere to and which they don’t, I think we’re creating a system that will be very, very difficult to work with.”
He added, “Parents don’t have the right to pick and choose the provisions of public education in which they feel they want to comply with.”
Manchin says “We will send a message to all the parents here in Harrison County.”  I spoke to Mr. Madia after his Facebook post who said he will not back down on this issue.  “I am going to instruct my child to not take the test,” Madia said.  “He will not be punished.”

This Manchin brings to mind the Nazis who would dictate to parents what their kids are going to do and report their parents if they speak against socialist like Manchin. Manchin needs to realize the Constitution does exist and the parents dictate to their employees (IE the Schools) what is expected out of them not what the employer is to do. This dictatorial type of administrator of the wishes of the people needs an education in what America is about so he might realize he isn’t in a communist country.
THE BOTTOM LINE:  All parents in all the schools in all the counties in all these many states should pull their kids out of the Communist public schools.  Guess what under the present law they would all’ go broke.  End of problem and end of article…
