Law? Law? What Law?

Strictly personal:

The hundred or so Democratic Socialists, (None Dare Call Them Communists except me,) in Congress seem to be confused about what the law is for.  Or that there even is a law. America is at a juncture in its identity. Are’ we becoming a lawless despotic dictatorship? If so, where are we in this process? Moreover how did we get here?

I hope to clear up just a couple of the current political issues that are not only confusing Congress, but I know are confusing me…all because of ignorance.

In listening to politicians over the years I can absolutely trace the declination of the country I love, and I can attribute it mostly to Ignorance.  If you will again indulge me in taking a good long look at the four words that appear under my banner at the top of this and every article I have published in the past 20 years, you will see that those four words are the dangerous progression, or rather surreptitious deterioration of what was called the great experiment, a society, economy and government that was so ingeniously put together that it could have only been God inspired.  But it reminds me of just how fragile both Capitalism and Freedom really are. Every generation has to support it, and be responsible for it, or it will’ fail.   America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.”- Abraham Lincoln

America was in the making, all the way back to 1620, (or maybe even before that) when the governor of the first successful colony was established in Plymouth Massachusetts.  The first government established was socialistic and dictatorial, and in spite of the effort to make it work it nearly failed just as the colony in Virginia had.  It wasn’t until a few rules were established and a form of Free Capitalism was introduced that the small but determined group of people in the coastal town of Massachusetts began to flourish, and as they say, the rest is history.

So have we come full circle? Have we forgotten our history? Or did we even ever actually know it? I have over the years written several articles on the collapsing of our educational system. The U.S. use to be number one in education among industrialized nations in the world, but the last time I looked at the stats, we ranked seventeenth.  But is it because our system is so bad, or is it because we just don’t teach the truth anymore?

What happened to the American Republic?

The relevant example here is how I started this article. “The Democrat Socialists in Congress seem to be confused about what the law is for.”  It may not be so much that we have forgotten, but rather that we in modern America, never knew that America was not designed by the Framers to be a Democracy.  This is not stupidity, this is “Ignorance” my friend, the first of the four words under my banner, and the beginning of the destructive process.

Over the past couple of years I have kept track of responses I received when I asked the question…”What kind of government did our Fore Fathers leave us with, in the early 1800’s?”  More than 80% responded with Democracy or Democratic!  But when I asked… ”What about the Republic? Most thought I was referring to the USSR. Some said they heard the U.S. called the Republic but really didn’t understand why.  When I told them that it is the law that we are a Republic and definitely not a democracy, they became as confused as Congress.  Which speaks to the narrative that few in congress have ever read the Constitution, or much less have any idea as to what is in it. It also speaks loudly to how all these unconstitutional laws get introduced and then later are struck down by the courts.  Or maybe they just don’t care.

Case and point - Article 4 Section 4 ‘Clause 1’ of the U.S. Constitution reads: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government…” Not a Monarchy not a Dictatorship and definitely not a Democracy. So what is a Republic? A Republic is a government having a chief of state who is not a monarch or a dictator and is usually a president; a government in which supreme power is held by the citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives governing according to law; Therein lies the difference between the Democracy that we now have’, and the Republic that we had according to Constitutional Law.

A Republic is a government ruled by law - while a Democracy is a government ruled by the majority in the government regardless of the law. Is it any wonder why there is so much lawlessness in government today?

Illegal Immigration

And then another example is the problem with “illegal immigration “. That is how it is referred to, Illegal Immigration.  Well if that were true, that could be a problem much bigger than anyone could ever imagine. If Immigration is illegal then we are all in a big basket of trouble, because most everyone in this country is either an immigrant or a decedent of an immigrant. I know I am. Will we all be deported or have our families separated and put in cages at the border? Am I an anchor baby because my parents weren’t born here? Funny I always thought immigration was legal. In fact I thought that immigration itself was a legal process.

The democrat socialists actually say conservatives hate immigrants? All these years I didn’t know that I hated immigrants. Nor did I know that my parents were illegals.  So shocked was I to find out that I could be deported, that I decided to check into this illegal immigration stuff. Was it illegal to be an immigrant? After a few sleepless nights and a lot of research I soon discovered that’ immigration is in fact not illegal at all as most everyone says it is, even the so-called right wing media is caught up in this misnomer.  Or it could be that they too are just ignorant? Or maybe it’s just a big lie.

The truth is that immigration has been legal for more than two hundred years now.  This is again what happens when people are ignorant. If people mean illegal aliens, then why don’t they say illegal aliens or illegal migrants?  I’ll tell you why. Take a look at the second word under my banner, it’s Deception. Everyone is deceived. Migrants who come to the U.S. illegally are not illegal immigrants.

What we have here, is an Illegal Invasion, not illegal immigration. But Congress is confused because they not only don’t know the law, but in this Democratic Socialist/Communist government they are not subjected’ to the law. Remember in a democracy the majority rules, not the law.

Article 4 Section 4 ‘Clause 2’ of Constitutional law reads: “…and shall protect each of them [the states] against Invasion…” The government must according to law protect the States AGAINST INVASION, it’s the law.  But again in a democracy the law is irrelevant. The majority of congress voted not to protect the states against invasion, and the majority rules, not the law.  But have you heard any of this on the anti-American News Media??? Of course not! They don’t want you to know the truth. They want to keep you ignorant and deceived.

President Donald Trump is somewhat of an enigma in this government because he…like I did, grew up thinking this country was a Constitutional Republic not a Democracy. I guess it depends on who your parents were or what schools you attended and when. Donald Trump’s parents were immigrants as were mine - maybe that’ is at least part of the difference.  So it seems if one is at least the 5th, 6th, or 8th, generation or more in this country one’s family has become completely brainwashed by the education/indoctrination system in America, and with the absence of true history being taught, we have since 1913 all but completely lost sight of our heritage as a Republic governed by law. Which brings me to the third word under my banner, Enablement.

Because we are Ignorant and Deceived, we pass this on to our children. We become enablers.   Abraham Lincoln once said, “The philosophy of the classroom in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next.” This is also true for parents and grandparents.
So what is so bad about a Democracy?  Other than historically it will always evolve into a lawless society and tyranny, I guess it’s not so bad. But something else you need to know is that The United States was fundamentally changed to a Democracy as far back a 1913 when the hate America people in Congress made several major changes in government which put it on a path to a True Democracy and the Destruction of the Republic.  Destruction is fourth word under my banner.
There were a few things standing in the way of the destruction of the Republic. A new foundation had to be laid.
The first one’ - prior to 1913 the Senators in the ‘State House part of Congress’ were appointed by the individual State Legislatures, which gave a voice to the many states in the Federal Congress, something the Framers knew was necessary for the balance of power.  In 1913 that was eliminated by the Seventeenth Amendment. Now the many states have no representation at all in the federal government, now instead of a voice in government, what we see is a continual tug of war between the state and federal governments.
The second was the Sixteenth Amendment (IRS) which would gave the Federal Government an unlimited source of money to grow the constitutionally limited government into an unlimited center of total and unabridged power. Never mind that direct taxation of citizens is constitutionally illegal. As I said the law no longer rules in a Democracy.
And the third was the passage of the Federal Reserve Act. Which is not federal at all, nor does it have any reserves. It is a privately owned bank by the International Banking Cartel. And it illegally prints its own fiat counterfeit currency and then loans it to the Federal Government at exorbitant interest rates. We are now more than 22 trillion Federal Reserve dollars in debt.  They now own the United States of America.
Note: There are only three more countries left in the world that are not owned by the International Banking Cartel. Iran, Cuba and North Korea. Once they achieve that, they will own the world. And this my friend all happened since 1913 and the destruction of the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America.  Welcome to Democratic Socialism/Communism/Totalitarianism my friend.

THE BOTTOM LINE: So if you didn’t know this, I can guarantee that your elected member of Congress doesn’t. Maybe you can enlighten them HERE! It’s your job my friend.
Thanks for listening. Now go do the right thing, pray and fight for truth and freedom.
