Well
my friend, I guess we are having a repeat of the last three years. The
corruption in the Democrat Communist party is unending.
This
article reads like a Tom Clancy spy novel and is just about as long, but if you
really want to know what is going on in your criminal Federal Congress my
friend, please read this.
Before I begin, I will submit a document that gives the president of the United States full authority to request the help of the Ukraine in the investigation of possible criminal matters, such as the Biden investigation. It’s called: The “TREATY WITH UKRAINE ON MUTUAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS” passed by the 106th Congress approved by the Senate on September 30 1999. Look it up. There is a similar treaty with Australia and several other countries.
So none of this matters, the President was following the treaty and the Constitutions Article 2 section 3 ”The President ... shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."

information on this subject from the CATO institute. It is the Democrat Communist party that is constantly
violating the U.S. Constitution.
The
last attempt by the Communist DeepState Democrat SwampRats to overthrow the
U.S. government administrator was a failure. Their puppet investigator ex FBI
Director criminal Robert Muller was unable to prove that the duly elected
President of the United States should be burned at the stake because he
threatened to exterminate all the Rats in D.C. by draining their stinking Swamp.
The
Good Ole Boys of Washington don’t like outsiders coming in and cleaning up
their garbage dump and taking their cheese away. So they not only fabricated a criminal plot
to oust the President but they couldn’t resist going after his Supreme Court
appointee with multiple fabricated charges of sexual misconduct.
After
they finally abandon that sinking ship, which was the first coup attempt, they once
again went after Justus Brett Kavanaugh with yet another fabricated allegation of
sexual misconduct, when that failed to catch on because the accuser couldn’t be
found to testify, they embraced the idea of a whistleblower, but first they
would have to change the rule of hearsay to allow their whistleblower to be fed
leaked information that would start yet another faux collusion accusation
against Trump. They would just have to wait for the next leak to come along and
spin it into a crime and impeach this President once and for all, because they
certainly couldn’t trust “We The People” to do it legally and Constitutionally in
the 2020 election. After all the
Constitution was written by some old historical defuses that are no longer
relevant.
And
then a copy of the official transcript of the conversation between President
Donald Trump and President Zelenskyy. A quid Pro Quo and
the 2020 election was never mentioned.
That being said: Here is the conspiracy by the Communist and Muslim
Democrats in the Congress to illegally overthrow our duly elected government.
Donald Trump is doing exactly what he promised to do, and that is to cleanup,
expose and drain the Swamp of the criminal Communist vermin in Washington D.C.
Whistleblower
Rules Secretly Changed Moments Before Report Filed Against President Trump
Well…this is a little kind’a
odd, wouldn’t you say? According to the Federalist, the
hate America intelligence community conveniently loosened the standards for
whistleblowers just before the tasty so-called Ukraine collusion could be spun
and leaked to a preselected Whistleblower.
“Between May 2018 and August 2019, the [democrat controlled] intelligence
community secretly eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct,
first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoings. This raises questions about the
intelligence community’s behavior regarding the August submission of a whistleblower complaint against President Donald Trump. The new complaint document
no longer requires potential whistleblowers who wish to have their concerns
expedited to Congress to have direct, first-hand knowledge of the alleged
wrongdoing that they are reporting.”
AND that is exactly the kind of accusations made by the
Ukraine whistleblower. What a lucky break for the DeepState Rats.
“The brand new version of the whistleblower complaint form,
which was not made public until after the transcript of Trump’s July 25 phone
call with the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky and the complaint
addressed to Congress were made public, eliminates the first-hand knowledge
requirement and allows employees to file whistleblower complaints even if they
have zero direct knowledge of underlying evidence and only “heard about
[wrongdoing] from others.”
Even if you are someone who has been skeptical of many of
the “DeepState” histrionic claims by the less trustworthy on our side, this
looks pretty shady. And it’s further proof that there are elements actively
organizing against Trump in the government, just like he has said all along…Another
Witch Hunt Hoax.
The Whistleblower Story Against Trump Goes
Down In A Fiery Inferno
Recently, the media
has been going nuts thinking they finally have something against President
Trump once again.
A complaint had
arisen regarding the President’s communications with a foreign leader. But as
it turns out, it was just a rumor started by another Trump hater.
It turns out the complaint is nothing more than a rumor reported
by someone in the intelligence community. Buried in a lengthy CNN article about the
complaint is the following paragraph:
The whistleblower didn’t have direct knowledge of the
communications, an official briefed on the matter told CNN. Instead, the
whistleblower’s concerns came in part from learning information that was not
obtained during the course of their work, and those details have played a role
in the administration’s determination that the complaint didn’t fit the
reporting requirements under the intelligence whistleblower law, the official
said.
Granted, this is yet
another anonymous source giving more context on what another anonymous source
told a different outlet, but it still calls the entire story into question.
The Washington Post
first reported the complaint on Wednesday, using anonymous sources and vague
descriptions. The outlet placed the story on its front page, with the headline,
“Trump’s communications with foreign leader are part of whistleblower complaint
that spurred standoff between spy chief and Congress, former officials say.”
President Trump
tweeted, “Now that the Democrats and the Fake News
Media have gone “bust” on every other of their Witch Hunt schemes, they are
trying to start one just as ridiculous as the others, call it the Ukraine Witch
Hunt, while at the same time trying to protect Sleepy Joe Biden. Will fail
again!”
President Trump also tweeted,
“The Fake News Media and
their partner, the Democrat Party, want to stay as far away as possible from
the Joe Biden demand that the Ukrainian Government fire a prosecutor who was
investigating his son, or they won’t get a very large amount of U.S. money, so
they fabricate a story about me and a perfectly fine and routine conversation I
had with the new President of the Ukraine. Nothing was said that was in any way
wrong, but Biden’s demand, on the other hand, was a complete and total
disaster. The Fake News knows this but doesn’t want to report!”
“The Fake News Media
and their partner, the Democrat Communist Party, want to stay as far away as

Even the Ukrainian Prime
Minister is backing the President,
“I know what the conversation
was about and I think there was no pressure. There was talk, conversations are
different, leaders have the right to discuss any problems that exist. This
conversation was long, friendly, and it touched on many questions, sometimes
requiring serious answers.”
It’s just one more
shameful failed last ditch attempt made by the Communist Democrats to try to
overthrow the elected President of the United States.
Senator Lindsey Graham has gone even one step farther than
President Trump and is demanding that the Department of Justice get involved
and investigate Biden and his son. The Senator from South Carolina said is “hoping
that the Department of Justice will look at the Biden-Ukraine connection the
way that we looked at Trump-Russia connection.”
Republicans are even reminding others that Ukrainian officials
tried helping Hillary win in 2016. Biden even boasted when he was vice
president that, he threatened to withhold $1 billion in US loan guarantees if
Ukraine didn’t fire their top prosecutor that was investigating his son Hunter.
The Washington Examiner reported:
Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani alleged for months that
Biden wanted Shokin fired because
Shokin reportedly undertook an anti-corruption investigation into Ukrainian
oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma Holdings, which employed Joe
Biden’s lobbyist son Hunter as a board member starting in 2014, reportedly paying him $50,000
to 80,000 a month for a job he had absolutely no experience in and was
ill-equipped to do. The Biden camp countered that Shokin was widely seen by
the U.S. and Europe — and inside Ukraine — as ineffective, corrupt, and a
hindrance to Ukraine’s progress. Ukraine’s parliament removed Shokin in 2016
and the Biden corruption investigation came to a halt.
Senator Graham said that
he has had enough, “We looked at all things Russia and Trump, his family, everything about
his family, everything transaction between the Trump campaign and Russia. Now
is time to see whether or not the Ukrainians released information regarding
Paul Manafort, who was Trump’s campaign manager,” Graham said. “What
relationships, if any, did the Biden world have with the Ukraine? What role, if
any, did the Ukraine play in the 2016 election?”
Right now three Democrat
led committees are looking into whether Trump pressured Ukraine even though the
President said he didn’t, but, no one is investigation Biden, his son, or
Hillary’s campaign colluding with Ukraine in the 2016 election?
Senator Graham is right it’s
time to investigate the Biden family and be just as diligent as the Democrats
investigated President Trump.
Here is some more of the evidence of this second criminal attempt
at a Coup d’état and here is the proof Nazi George Soros is linked to the whistleblower
report.
You
can be sure that if some criminal shenanigans are going on in the world that in
some way Nazi George Soros is somehow connected to it.
It took Former U.S. Attorney Joe di Genova to
find the link inside the whistleblower report that links the most likely
culprit behind the whole thing.
I don’t
know why we see this sooner.
di Genova and his wife appeared on Fox News to
proclaim the discovery they made which links George Soros to the whistleblower
complaint.
According to Western Journal:
It was at that point that Toensing jumped in, saying, “U.S. and other people made false statements
about him, yeah, that was George Soros-funded NGOs who were also in bed with
the State Department. They were in bed with each other during that time, in the
name of anti-corruption and it really means that Soros goes after his
competitors.”
Then she dropped the bomb: “The
whistleblower sprinkles throughout his document footnotes referring to a
publication with the initials ‘OCCRP.’ One guess, Sean, who funds OOCRP? George Soros.”
The organization funding the
OCCRP (an initialism for the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project) is one of the Soros-founded Open Society Foundations.
di Genova followed up, “Soros’
dirty money is all over this story from day one,” to which Toensing
replied, “And all over Ukraine and he still has embedded people at the State Department.”
And it’s true, the whistleblower complaint DOES
refer to the Soros connected OCCRP on multiple occasions: read it for youself…
Footnote 4 states, “In a report
published by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) on 22 July, two associates of Mr. Giuliani
reportedly traveled to Kyiv in May 2019, and met with Mr. Bakanov and another
close Zelenskyy adviser, Mr. Serhiy Shefir.”
Footnote 9 states, “In May,
Attorney General Barr announced that he was initiating a probe into the
‘origins’ of the Russia investigation. According to the above-referenced OCCRP report (22 July), two associates of Mr. Giuliani
claimed to be working with Ukrainian officials to uncover information that
would become part of this inquiry. In an interview with Fox News on 8 August,
Mr. Giuliani claimed that Mr. John Durham, whom Attorney General Barr
designated to lead this probe, was ‘spending a lot of time in Europe’ because
he was ‘investigating Ukraine.’ I do not know the extent to which, if at all,
Mr. Giuliani is directly coordinating his efforts on Ukraine with Attorney
General Barr or Mr. Durham.”
Footnote 10 simply refers to
the OCCRP report already mentioned and an
article in Bloomberg. Footnote 10 is attached to a bullet that states, “It was
also publicly reported that Mr. Giuliani had met on at least two occasions with
Mr. Lutsenko: once in New York in late January and again in Warsaw in
mid-February. In addition, it was publicly reported that Mr. Giuliani had
spoken in late 2018 to former Prosecutor General Shokin, in a Skype call
arranged by two associates of Mr. Giuliani.”
Note: Who
Is George Soros? He is Garry Schwartz my friend. A traitor and
coconspirator to murder and rob his own people. And with a net worth of
nearly 28 Billion, he is among the wealthiest men in the world, but is not part
of the Bill Gates and Warren Buffet Philanthropy Group. He is mostly
related to Fabian Marxism, Fallibilism and Nazism and as all Fabians, he makes
useful idiots out of anyone, including Islam. But he has a plan and a
philosophy all his own. He has, and can bring the stock market down in less
than 48 hours.
Garry Schwartz, better known to the world as George Soros is
an evil man. He's anti-God, anti-family, anti-American, and
anti-good." He killed and robbed his own Jewish people, and unlike
Adolf Eichmann, he got away with it. What we have in George Soros, is a
multi-billion dollar atheist, with no moral values, and a sociopath's lack of
conscience. He considers himself to be an elitist world class
philosopher, despises the American way, and just loves to do social engineering
and change cultures.
And if you think that is all of
the criminals connected to the Biden scandal, well you would be wrong my
friend. Hunter Biden’s China Deal Partners Include Mobster Whitey Bulger’s
Nephew, and Chris Heinz, John Kerry’s Stepson. Whitey Bulger was a long time
Hitman for the Massachusetts Mafia Whitey Bulger killed 19 people and was
convicted of killing 11. He was recently caught in So. California after 16
years at large and died in 2018 in prison.
Former vice president Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden partnered with infamous
mobster Whitey Bulger's nephew and former secretary of state John Kerry's
stepson for his lucrative business deal with the Bank of China, according to
reporter Peter Schweizer's latest book.Schweizer points to the business deal with state-owned Bank of China, a $1.5 billion private equity investment, as a possible reason why Joe Biden has adopted a conciliatory attitude toward China. The lucrative deal between the Bank of China and Hunter Biden's company was inked in 2013 just weeks after Joe Biden brought his son along on an official trip to China. China want a direct line to the Vice President and China paid for it. Quid Pro Quo.
Schweizer also lays out the interesting cast of characters who partnered with Biden for the deal, such as the Thornton Group consulting firm, which is headed by James Bulger. The son of Massachusetts state senator Billy Bulger, James is named after his uncle James "Whitey" Bulger, who was killed in prison late last year after a decades-long career in the mob that landed him on the FBI's Most Wanted list.
Also partnered with Biden is Chris Heinz, the stepson of John Kerry and an heir to the Hines fortune. Biden and Heinz control Rosemont Seneca Partners, the private equity firm that received billions of investment dollars from China.
Schweizer, whose latest book Secret Empires examines the tactics used by political elites to accumulate wealth while in power, calls the timeline of Hunter Biden's business dealings with China as his father shaped foreign policy from the White House "shocking," but points out that nobody knew enough to raise any questions.
Follow the money, it’s all a matter of financial documents.
"If it sounds shocking that a vice president would shape US-China policy as his son—who has scant experience in private equity—clinched a coveted billion-dollar deal with an arm of the Chinese government, that’s because it is," Schweizer writes. "Until the publication of my book … no one knew the deal took place. Indeed, it took me and a team of seasoned investigators nearly two years to unearth and report the facts."
The details of the dealings between Biden, Heinz, and Bulger remain murky, despite the investigation. Schweizer has called for the Senate to further investigate Biden's foreign business dealings with both China and Ukraine.
And then we have
one of the biggest Rat liars in the Washington Swamp. Adam Schiff whose staffer was caught going
to Ukraine paid for by an organization with ties to Hunter Biden. Oh YEAH!
A staffer who works for Rep. Adam Schiff’s House Permanent
Select Committee on Intelligence took a trip to Ukraine last month and it
was sponsored by the organization called the Atlantic Council.
The Atlantic Council is a think tank funded by and works with
Burisma, who employs Hunter Biden at 50,000 a month which is the natural gas
company in the middle of the allegations being levied against him.
Staffer Thomas Eager who works for Schiff was one of 19 fellows
at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Congressional Fellowship, which is a so-called
bipartisan program that claims it “educates congressional staff on current
events in the Eurasia region.”
Eager’s visit was sponsored by the Burisma-funded Atlantic
Council which began only 12 days after the “whistleblower” officially filed his
complaint on August 12th.
A post-travel disclosure form was filed with the House Committee
on Ethics verifying the Ukraine trip taken by Eager and Adam Schiff’s signature
is on the document.
The form bearing Schiff’s signature (above) describes the visit:
A series of meetings and visits with gov’t officials, party
officials, civil society and private sector reps in Ukraine to learn about
ongoing political and military issues, including conflict in the East.
What’s even more interesting is that another member of the
Atlantic Council David J. Kramer attended who just so happened to be an adviser
to the late Senator John McCain, and this is where it gets juicy; Breitbart
News reports:
Kramer revealed in testimony that he held a meeting about the fabricated
anti-Trump dossier with a reporter from BuzzFeed News who he says snapped
photos of the controversial document without Kramer’s permission when he left
the room to go to the bathroom. That meeting was held at the McCain Institute
office in Washington, Kramer stated.
BuzzFeed infamously published the Christopher
Steele dossier on January 10, 2017 setting off a firestorm of news media
coverage about the document.
The Washington Post reported last February that
Kramer received the dossier directly from Fusion GPS after McCain expressed
interest in it.
In a deposition taken on Dec. 13, 2017 and posted online earlier this year, Kramer
revealed that he met with two Obama administration officials to inquire about
whether the anti-Trump dossier was being taken seriously.
In one case, Kramer said that he personally provided a copy of
the dossier to Obama National Security Council official Celeste Wallander.
In the deposition, Kramer said that McCain specifically asked
him in early December 2016 to meet about the dossier with Wallander and
Victoria Nuland, a senior official in John Kerry’s State Department.
So a Schiff staffer and a former John McCain adviser that pushed
the fake news dossier meet in Ukraine 12 days after a complaint was filed by
the “whistleblower,” paid for by a group with ties to Hunter Biden. If this doesn’t wreak of
setup and corrupt conspiracy to overthrow a duly elected president I don’t know
what does.
If this doesn’t constitute Treason under article 3 section 3 of
the US constitution then is surly falls under statute 18 U.S. Code § 2385. Advocating overthrow of the U.S. Government.
Which is as follows:
“Whoever
knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty,
necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the
government of the United
States or the government of any State, Territory, District
or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein,
by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such
government; or
Whoever,
with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government,
prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly
displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the
duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any
government in the United
States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
Whoever
organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons
who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such
government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates
with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the
purposes thereof—
Shall
be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both,
and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof,
for the five years next following his conviction.
If
two or more persons
conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined
under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall
be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof,
for the five years next following his conviction.
As
used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any
society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members,
the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs,
classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.”

Now’, there is a motion to censure the
lying Communist Adam Schiff in House of Reps who is leading this phony
investigation of fabricated accusations.
Representative
Andy Biggs has introduced a motion to condemn and censure Adam Schiff who is
Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. The motion comes after Schiff’s –
as Biggs puts it –
“blatantly false retelling of President Trump’s phone call with
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy”.
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff
is taking heat after he lied and fabricated quotes from President Trump during
the acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire’s testimony before
lawmakers. It is against the law
punishable by jail time for lying to Congress, but I guess it’s okay for a Democrat
Congressman to lie to Congress because Communists of couese are above the law.
“Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) on Friday introduced a motion to condemn
and censure House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) for
performing a fabricated conversation between President Donald Trump and
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during his opening statement at a panel
hearing Thursday morning.
“During yesterday’s hearing,
Chairman Schiff’s opening statement included a blatantly false retelling of
President Trump’s conversation with the Ukrainian president. Democrats
previously initiated an impeachment inquiry, which leads to one of the most
serious, constitutional duties of Members of Congress: removal of the President
of the United States,” Biggs, a member of the House Judiciary Committee, said
in a statement. “Through this process, if the President has committed high
crimes or misdemeanors, Congress may overturn the election of the President and
the will of the American people. It is therefore inexcusable to toy with the
process and mislead the American public with such a statement.”
Although the White House
released Wednesday a transcript of the Trump-Zelensky call, Schiff made-up his
own transcript that he read ahead of the testimony of acting DNI chief Joseph
Maguire in which he accused the president of engaging in quid pro quo with the
intent of exchanging U.S. military aid to Ukraine for an investigation into
Hunter Biden, the son of former Vice President and 2020 White House hopeful Joe
Biden.”
“Today, I introduced a
motion to condemn and censure House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam
Schiff. Chairman Schiff’s blatantly false retelling of @POTUS @realDonaldTrump’s conversation with Ukrainian President Zelensky was inexcusable.”
THE BOTTOM LINE: This
is what we need in Congress. People who are willing to take a Democrat Communist
to task for his/her lying behavior to unseat the President of the United States
of America. The man who was CHOSEN FAIRLY by the people. If you have read Karl
Marx you will find that the strategy to overthrow a government from within is
to accuse the leaders of the very act that you are guilty of. Or as Hitler did,
create an incident that can be blamed on the opposition, such as the burning
down of the Reichstag that Hitler
blamed on the Communists. These extreme left wing Democrat Socialists are no
different than Stalin or Hitler when it comes to criminal tactics to promote
their agenda of turning this country into a Socialist Dictatorship. The ‘End’ justifies the means.
It’s time to put these DeepState SwampRats in Jail…and then
drain the garbage out of the Swamp and clean up Washington D.C. and restore
this Socialist Democracy to the Free Constitutional Representative Republic
that it once was, and was meant to be. .
