I have always known that Mueller was a criminal. This latest information just confirms it.
Special counsel Robert Mueller, the Democrats pick for leading the witch hunt investigation against President Trump, is anything but honorable. The former FBI Director has a sordid past, which if looked at objectively would make any sane person question why he is in charge of anything. Why he himself isn’t under investigation. 
While Robert Mueller was the director of the FBI, he worked with various Islamic organizations to rid FBI training materials of all true verbiage deemed offensive by Islamic terrorists organizations. The meeting that Robert Mueller had with these Islamic organizations was held in secret and was only revealed after Judicial Watch sued for FBI records, under the freedom of information act.
The picture at right is a tour authorized by Mueller of FBI Headquarters at Quantico VA for known Islamic Jihadi terrorists. This is how cozy Mueller, Director of the FBI is with the enemy of the United States.  
While meeting with organizations such as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), The Muslim Brotherhood, all terrorist and terrorist supporting’ organizations. Robert Mueller gave into every demand these terrorist connected organizations had, when it came to removing essential training materials which referenced terrorists and their Quranic Islamic ideology. CAIR and ISNA were both named as co-conspirators in the Federal 2007 Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing case. Both organizations have proven ties to various terrorist organizations such as Al-Qaeda, ISIS, and Hamas. Despite this, former FBI Director and now Special Counsel Robert Mueller thought it was appropriate to appease and enable these terrorist organizations. Aiding and abetting the enemy of the United States is a treasons act.
The sinister reason why obama never used the term ‘radical islam’ is finally revealed . Judicial Watch reported on this back in May of 2017. “The records obtained as part of Judicial Watch’s lawsuit show that Mueller, who served 12 years as FBI chief, met with the Islamist organizations on February 8, 2012 to hear their demands. Shortly thereafter the director assured the Muslim groups that he had ordered the removal of presentations and curricula on Islam from FBI offices nationwide. The purge was part of a broader Islamist operation designed to influence the opinions and actions of persons, institutions, governments and the public at-large. The records obtained by Judicial Watch also show similar incidents of Islamic influence operations at the Departments of Justice and State, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Obama White House.”

The motive Robert Mueller gave for his appeasing terrorist organizations was that some of the material was highly offensive and incorrectly described the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. Which was a lie because, at one point in time, Robert Mueller himself asserted that the Muslim Brotherhood did, in fact, support terrorism and conspired with organizations intent on killing Americans and anyone they deemed to be an infidel. Material which was deemed to be offensive to these terrorists included:

“An article claiming Al Qaeda is ‘clearly linked’ to the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing; The Qur’an is not the teachings of the Prophet, but the revealed word of God; sweeping generality of ‘those who fit the terrorist profile best (for the present at least) are young male immigrants of Middle Eastern appearance;’ conflating Islamic Militancy with terrorism. The list goes on and on...”
The removal of this material also affected various local police departments as they use FBI training materials to train their officers to combat terrorists. Compounding this issue, CAIR, for example, was allowed to dictate to local police departments what terrorist training material was offensive. They got away with this nonsense because they had the blessing of the FBI and its criminal Director Robert Mueller. Thus a very dangerous situation was created where the fox was allowed to essentially write the rules for guarding the hen house and had free reign to dictate FBI training material policy when it came to fighting terrorists.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller has a not so clean past, and Americans should be calling on their elected representatives to have him removed as Special Counsel into possible Russian interference with the 2016 Presidential election. We should call for an investigation of Robert Mueller for possible treason. During his time as FBI Director, he was even involved in a scheme to deliver samples of uranium to the Russians, which resulted in the sale by criminal Hillary Clinton of 20 percent of the U.S. uranium supplies to Russia. This is the same Russians he is now supposed to be investigating. This is a blatant conflict of interest which many in the Washington D.C. Swamp, and the mainstream media have ignored. It is a strong possibility considering all the other circumstantial evidence this connects the Democrats to the Russians not President Trump. Robert Mueller’s collusion with terrorist organizations should be no surprise to anyone.

At the beginning of Mueller’s investigation, Michael Cohen said: “there was no collusion between President Trump and Russia.” Yesterday, on Wednesday, two years and millions of taxpayers’ dollars later, in a congressional testimony, Cohen said, “there was no collusion between President Trump and Russia.” And what is the Congress doing? They are moving on to yet another witch hunt. “The Southern District of NY.”  It won’t end until they take Trump down, because he is a threat to the anti-American anti-Constitutional SwampRats of the DeepState Communist Democrats.  
THE BOTTOM LINE: And lastly: At the beginning of this article I said that:  ”I have always known that Mueller was a criminal. This latest information just confirms it.” 
In 2008 I wrote an article titled CAIR trains the FBI read it. In it you will find the paragraph: “The Council on American Islamic Relations CAIR, an American Muslim Terrorist group identified as an unindicted co-conspirator in a criminal terrorism case is being used by the FBI to train its agents on how to fight terrorist Islam. This is tantamount to having a Nazi organization train the U.S. Military on how to fight against Nazi Germany during the Second World War. Do you think the enemy might be tempted to give us just a little misinformation? Naw… 

For publishing that article - I received a threat from the FBI via my blog host to cease and desist publishing that kind of material or I would be forced to shut down my blog. I wrote my host, blogspot.com, and told them to check out the sources in the article and if what I wrote was not the truth, I would take it down. I didn’t hear back from them.

Two years later in 2010 I published an article titled The FBI Connection part I. The next thing I knew - it was gone. It had been taken down by ??? So I put it back up, and again it was removed. So I republished it, dropping the ‘Part I’ and just titled it The FBI Connection. You can read it. 

Then I published another article titled The FBI Connection part II read it.
And a third article titled The FBI Connection Part III. You can read it also. 

Following that, I received threatening phone calls and emails from the FBI telling me to take those articles down or else…I paid little attention because I had already received emails from members of their favorite terrorist organization The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) threatening to kill me and my family. They wrote “If we find you, we will hang you upside-down, slit your throat and bleed you out like the pig that you are.”  So threats from their buddies at the FBI couldn’t hold a candle to that.    

And guess what? I’m still here blowing my whistle. This just supports my statement that the Federal Government has been, and is, one of the most internally corrupt governments in the world. “We The People” need to clean it up now! It’s in fact our job…

Senate Democrats block bill to stop infanticide for babies born alive after an attempt to kill them.


On Monday Senate Democrats blocked a request by Republicans to vote on a bill that would stop the murder of live children/infanticide and provide medical care and treatment for babies who are alive at birth after the attempt to kill them. The vote to stop the Democrat filibuster needed 60 votes a super majority, but Democrats stopped the chamber from getting enough votes.

Note: The Nazi Democrats have so far murdered more than 60 million Americans. Nazi Hitler
murdered 12 million people.

The picture at right is what the Sick Nazi Democrats have murdered more than 60 million of. And they call President Donald Trump a Nazi.

The Senate voted 53-44 against ending the filibuster and allowing a debate and vote on the bill itself, they needed 60 votes. Every Republican present voted to end the filibuster, along with Democrats Joe Manchin, Bob Casey and Doug Jones, while all other Democrats voted against the bill because they want helpless innocent Americans killed. There just is no other way to put it. Unless you want to tap dance around it, and soft petal the murdering of kids. Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, who supports abortion, did not vote — hurting the effort to collect the 60 votes necessary. Pro-life Republican Senators Tim Scott and Kevin Cramer were unable to attend the vote due to flight delays but would have voted to support the bill.
Every Democrat senator running for president — Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Elizabeth Warren, Kirsten Gillibrand and Bernie Sanders — voted to block the anti-infanticide bill. They all voted to instead murder American children.
A little perspective:
What would be the difference between aborting/murdering more than 60 million children - and having the government lining up all the children today ages zero to eighteen against a wall and machine gunning them down? I’ll tell you… the difference is about 10 million. Today there are about 74 million children under 18 in the U.S.  The U.S. government has murdered nearly the amount of children under 18 that exist in the U.S. today.
During the debate, several Democrats typically misled the Senate about the bill (which by the way, because of their low information and inability to independently think for themselves, is easy to do) and falsely claimed the measure would ban abortions.  They made the usual pro-abortion claims that pro-life lawmakers hate women or somehow murdering babies is to protect women’s health. Funny! I always thought that pregnancy was the natural way to proliferate and continue the human race. (Maybe we should not allow Nazi Democrats to reproduce, and then they will eventually die out.)
Senator Ben Sasse of Nebraska grew increasingly frustrated as the debate went on about the false claims abortion advocates made about the anti-infanticide legislation.
Democrats are either twisted sick people, or they are just ignorant useful Nazi idiots.
“I know a lot of opponents of this bill sincerely believe the talking points that they read from their staffs. We’ve heard speech after speech after speech that have nothing to do with what’s actually in this bill,” Sasse said. “I urge my colleagues to picture a baby that’s already been born, that’s outside the womb gasping for air. That’s the only thing that today’s vote is actually about. We’re talking about babies that have already been born. Nothing in this bill touches abortion access.”
And then we have brain-dead Nazi Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who says we shouldn’t have any more children anyway, because the world will come to an end in 12 years. These Nazis actually think they are God!
But leading pro-life senators were on point.
“At a bare minimum, every one of us should be able to agree that infanticide, or the killing of a baby after it has been born alive, is unacceptable. This is a separate issue from abortion, which is abhorrent in itself,” said Senator Mike Rounds of South Dakota.
Senator Steve Daines of Montana added: “We are not here to debate abortion. That is not what this bill is about . . . We are here today to decide whether or not it should be legal in the U.S. to kill or neglect an infant who has been born alive after a botched abortion.”
Senator Joni Ernst agreed, saying, “All my colleagues across the aisle are saying this about abortion, this is about a mother’s health care. That’s absolutely incorrect. We are talking about a human life here.”
“What this bill does is address the health care of a baby that is born alive after a botched abortion. We’re not talking about abortion, folks. We’re talking about the life of a child that is born,” she added.
Leading pro-life groups condemned the 44 Democrats who blocked the anti-infanticide bill.
“Today [Monday] we saw the extremism of the abortion industry’s agenda on full display,” said Carol Tobias, president of National Right to Life, in an email to LifeNews. “The 44 members of the United States Senate who voted against this bill now need to explain to their constituents why they believe abortion is such an absolute ‘right’ that it protects what amounts to infanticide: willfully withholding life-saving care from a born-alive infant. Thanks to the governors of New York, Virginia, and Rhode Island as well as 44 pro-abortion Democrat Senators, the extreme pro-abortion agenda has been laid bare for all to see,” Tobias added. “They believe it should be legal to kill unborn babies, for absolutely any reason, at any time up to and including the moment of their birth, and even in the moments after they are born.”
Students for Life of America President Kristan Hawkins called Sen. Ben Sasse’s “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act“ the bare minimum standard for valuing an American child’s life, as everyone should be able to look at a baby born during an abortion and understand that a humane response is required.
Hawkins continued: “The tragedy today is that even though a majority of Senators voted to protect infants born alive during an abortion, the ‘new math’ of the Congress means this is still a loss, as even with 53 in favor to 44 against the 60 vote supermajority was not reached. Those senators who voted against this bill that obviously protects human beings will have a lot to answer for when they face the voters.”
Jeanne Mancini, President of March for Life, added: “Senators who could not bring themselves to vote to pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act should reconsider whether or not they have what it takes to serve. Senator Sasse’s common sense bill would merely require doctors assist a newborn struggling to survive after a failed attempt on her life. Anyone who lacks the basic level of human compassion needed to vote in favor of this should quickly find another job. We look forward to a vote in the House of Representatives so that Chamber can get on record as well.”
“Today’s vote exposes beyond all doubt the modern Democratic Party’s extreme agenda of abortion on demand through the moment of birth and even beyond – a deeply unpopular position even within their own rank and file,” said SBA List President Marjorie Dannenfelser. “An overwhelming majority of voters are horrified by infanticide and want Congress to protect babies born alive during failed abortions. But when forced to take a position on the record, not a single one of the top Senate Democrats running for president in 2020 could muster the basic decency to outlaw infanticide. President Trump’s pro-life leadership is obviously resonating with the public and could not present a clearer contrast to Democrats’ extremism. SBA List’s army of grassroots pro-life activists will go on offense to hold Democratic presidential contenders accountable for their extremism and for trampling the will of the American people.”
“The extremism of the Democrats can no longer be ignored or debated,” Father Frank Pavone of Priests for Life said. “As Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said on the Senate floor today, this bill merely recognizes that a newborn baby is a newborn baby, no matter what the circumstances were of his or her birth. For the Democrats, a newborn slated for extermination before birth is fair game even after birth. This is infanticide. The only thing Americans can do to protect these most vulnerable babies is to vote out of office those who fail to protect them.”
This is not the first time Senate Democrat Nazis have blocked a bill to stop infanticide.
As LifeNews reported, pro-abortion Senator Patty Murray blocked a vote on a bill from pro-life Republican Senator Ben Sasse of Nebraska that would stop infanticide nationwide. And in the House, Democrats have blocked a request by Republicans to vote on a bill that would stop infanticide  a total of six times.

Earlier this month. Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse had wanted to vote on a bill to protect babies born alive after failed abortions.


The Nazi/Communist Congress dictates against the will the people.

After she blocked the initial vote,  EWTN reporter Jason Calvi caught up with Senator Murray and asked her why she blocked the Senate bill to provide medical care for babies who are born alive. She said that is between a woman and her doctor. (It is between the murderer and her hit man)

Murray continued her false claims that the bill somehow has to do with abortion and the health of the mother. All the bill does is ensure that babies who are purposely induced or survive abortions are provided appropriate medical care and treatment. She was unpersuaded by that information. Because she is just an Oligarchist.

The ‘Louder With Crowder’ YouTube Rock-star, Steven Crowder, is known well for his shocking content – often provided by Communist/Nazi liberals just being themselves. Crowder set up a ‘sting’ style undercover operation watch the video that captures the inside of abortion clinics and late-term abortions. What he found….just sickening and horrifying.
In Crowder’s powerful video, Mariel, who is 25 weeks pregnant, places a hidden camera on her person and goes into a Colorado abortion clinic, where all items save a photo ID are curiously banned. Babies at 25 weeks, are considered medically viable, with a 70% chance of survival outside the womb.
Mariel is told at Planned Parenthood/Murder Inc. that she’ll be briefed on an abortion and get an ultrasound soon, and is directed to sit in the waiting room. But while Mariel is waiting, she begins talking to a woman who is eight months pregnant (known as Patient X in the video) and set for an abortion that day. As she indicates to Mariel, the baby is perfectly fine; there are no known birth defects nor are there any known risks to her health.
“There’s nothing wrong with my pregnancy, like no fetal, whatever anomalies,” says Patient X. “All of that checked out fine. I mean they ran all the tests on him. I mean, he’s fine. There’s nothing wrong with him. They did the Down syndrome [test], they ran all of that stuff.”
The two also talk about the procedure, which aligns with what former abortionist Dr. Anthony Levtino has explained in a video for Live Action (transcript via Daily Wire):

At this point, the baby is almost fully developed and viable, meaning he or she could survive outside the womb if the mother were to go into labor prematurely. Because the baby is so large and developed, the procedure takes three or four days to complete,” says Levatino.
“On day one, the abortionist uses a large needle to inject a drug called Digoxin,” he continues. The drug will be used to cause fatal cardiac arrest, killing the baby. The Digoxin is injected into the baby’s head, torso, or heart via a needle to the mother’s abdomen.
“The baby will feel it,” Levatino says. “Babies at this stage feel pain.”
The mother’s cervix is then opened with sticks of seaweed called laminaria so the woman can give birth to the dead baby.
“While the woman waits for the laminaria to dilate her cervix, she carries her dead baby inside of her for two to three days,” the doctor explains. “On day two, the abortionist replaces the laminaria and may perform a second ultrasound to ensure the baby is dead. If the child is still alive, he administers another lethal dose of Digoxin.”
If the woman cannot make it to the clinic to give birth to the murdered baby, she might be advised to give birth to the child on a toilet, Levatino says. If the woman does make it to the clinic, but the baby does not fully come out, a dilation and evacuation procedure must be performed, meaning “the abortionist will use clamps and forceps to dismember the baby piece by piece.”
“Once the placenta and all the body parts have been removed, the abortion is complete,” he says.

THE BOTTOM LINE: The bottom line??? Well…the bottom line is - that abortion for the sake of abortion is in fact illegal, punishable for up to 20 years to life in prison. WHAT??? You say.  The truth is that abortion is the premeditated ending of the life of an innocent human being. Science proves it. For those that say the baby it isn’t human, I ask…then what is it, a kitty cat, maybe a horse, or a monkey?  Even if one ends the life of one of those, it must be done humanely and if you know anything at all about the process of an abortion, it is anything but humane my friend. 99.99999999999 percent of the time abortion is just plain premeditated murder.

The number of abortions that are truly done in order to save the life of the woman is negligible yes less than 1 percent. My own wife was one of those unusual situations.  She had a clinical abortion at the end of her second month but she was hemorrhaging and she and the baby would have both died without it. It saved her life.

But the Nazi Democrats use this minuscule situation to excuse the more than 60 million murders that have taken place since Roe V Wade.

My personal opinion is that until Trump became president, God had stopped blessing America because of this sick and outrageous genocide of our own people. It is nothing but extreme hypocrisy to point the finger at any tyrant in history who has murdered millions of its own citizens. When we have murdered more than 60 million.
God will not continue to bless this nation while we continue this selfish barbarism of murdering the most innocent of his creation.
Consider this when you vote in 2020, it is time to stop this holocaust.

What is “Islamophobic?” It’s a word made up by the terrorist supporting group called the Counsel on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). Yes the one whose members have threatened to kill yours truly and my family, but that’s old news. It means hung-up, anxious, or irrational, when it comes to Islam, I am none of the above, and besides I have a big gun.  Today Islam has in fact totally infiltrated all of Europe to the point now, that if Europeans would wake up, and want their freedom back, most of Europe would be involved in a bloody civil war.  

As Venezuela did, the British government has banned guns, a precursor to tyranny, and among rising crime, they have also banned Americans Pamela Geller and Islamic scholar Robert Spencer from entering the UK for their support of Israel and opposition to Muslim Jihadi Terror.

At the same time, they are allowing the most vile Islamic hate preachers to enter the country and spew their throat cutting poison, and behead British citizens in the street. Now of course with the next step, they have banned Christians from preaching the love of Jesus, the only One that could save them from a future of bloody terror and tyranny. Go figure!

I have film!

This is what happens my friend when a country becomes overrun and infiltrated with Muslims. They become council members, mayors, judges, police, security agents, governors, and law makers and then…they take over the country and establish Sharia Law. I’m not just talking about the UK now, the UK is already an Islamic State. I am talking about the U.S. What you see in Europe now, is what you will see in the U.S. in the next 15 years. Your kids will grow up in a barbaric Islamic State. Or’, they may not grow up at all.
What this shows is ignorance and enablement. It is a national disgrace for a country whose parliamentary democracy with its devotion to free speech was once the envy of the world.

The London authorities are not interested in preventing the sedition preached in the streets by well-known terrorists like Anjem Choudray and his Islamic Jihadists. But if someone preach about Jesus Christ - they are arrested and put in the gulags.
London: Arrested for preaching about Jesus -the police told him it’s because the public had said he was being Islamophobic . Watch the full video here and wonder when preaching Jesus became illegal?  The answer: When the ignorant Brits in London elected a Muslim mayor Sadiq Khan an ISIS supporting Jihadist.
THE BOTTOM LINE: I really hope the American people read and study the enemy’s book of war - the Quran, and discover the truth first hand, that Islam is even more evil and dangerous than Nazism ever was. Moreover, Islam like Nazism, is in fact an evil political ideology, not a religion.

And remember we allowed Germans to immigrate to the U.S. but not Nazis. President Trump tried to stop Muslims from coming to America, not Arabs Middle Easterners or Africans. But the ignorant Courts stopped him, so now we have Islamic Cities, States and Congress members that are bent on replacing the U.S. Constitution with the barbaric Islamic Sharia law.  

Unless “We The People” wake up from our drunken stupor, in 15 years we will be where Europe is now. In 30 years, America will be just another Islamic State and in subjection to the imams and their barbaric ideology.

How do I know that? Because I know 1400 plus years of Islamic history. And it’s what they have always done! It’s in their books, the Quran the Hadiths, and the Sunnah.

Don’t just take my word for it, read ‘em, educate yourself before it’s too late…

It isn’t just Socialist Communism that is contributing to the demise of the people of Venezuela. Before a starving people ate all the animals in the zoo’s,  six years ago the people welcomed government gun control in order to curb crime. This should sound very familiar my friend. In the United States the ideology of Socialism is infesting our society as well as gun control/bans. The reason is that the two issues go together, hand in hand. A Socialist Tyranny cannot exist if the people are armed.

As Venezuela continues to crumble under the socialist dictatorship of President Nicolas Maduro, some are expressing words of warning – and resentment –against a six-year-old gun control bill that stripped citizens of their arms, “being necessary to the security of a free State.”

“Guns would have served as a vital defense to remaining a free people, or at least able to put up a fight,” Javier Vanegas, 28, a Venezuelan teacher of English now exiled in Ecuador, told Fox News. “The government security forces, at the beginning of this debacle, knew they had no real opposition to their force. Once things were this bad, it was a clear declaration of war against an unarmed population.”

Under the direction of then-President Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan National Assembly in 2012 enacted the “Control of Arms, Munitions and Disarmament Law,” with the explicit aim to “disarm all citizens.” The law took effect in 2013, with only minimal pushback from some pro-democracy opposition figures, banned the legal commercial sale of guns and munitions to all - except government entities.

Chavez initially ran a months-long amnesty program encouraging Venezuelans to trade their arms for electrical goods. That year, there were only 37 recorded voluntary gun surrenders, while the majority of seizures - more than 12,500 – were by force.

In 2014, with Nicolás Maduro at the helm following Chavez’s death but carrying through his socialist “Chavista” policies, the government invested more than $47 million enforcing the gun ban – which has since included grandiose displays of public weapons demolitions in the town square.
The punishment for illicit carrying or selling a weapon now is 20 years in prison.

“Venezuelans didn’t care enough about it. The idea of having the means to protect your home was seen as only needed out in the fields. People never would have believed they needed to defend themselves against the government,” Vanegas explained. “Venezuelans evolved to always hope that our government would be non-tyrannical, non-violator of human rights, and would always have a good enough control of criminality.”

He said it didn’t take long for such a wide-eyed public perception to fall apart. “If guns had been a stronger part of our culture, if there had been a sense of duty for one to protect their individual rights, and as a show of force against a government power – and had legal carry been a common thing – it would have made a huge difference,” he lamented.

 Since April 2017, almost 200 pro-democracy protesters in Venezuela – armed mostly with stones – were shot dead by government forces in brutal retaliation to their call to end the oppressive socialist regime. The once oil-wealthy nation has continued its downward spiral into financial ruin, extreme violence, and mass human rights violations. An estimated three million Venezuelans have been forced to flee since 2015.

 “Venezuela shows the deadly peril when citizens are deprived of the means of resisting the depredations of a criminal government,” said David Kopel, a policy analyst, and research director at the Independence Institute and adjunct professor of Advanced Constitutional Law at Denver University. “The Venezuelan rulers – like their Cuban masters – apparently viewed citizen possession of arms as a potential danger to a permanent communist monopoly of power.”

More than three million Venzuelans have fled into neighboring Colombia since the crisis of 2015.
Although the gun control bill was sold to the population as a hardline effort to improve security, and sharply reduce crime, many now point to Venezuela as a case study for how gun prohibition can actually produce the opposite effect.

 The violent crime rate  soared after the gun ban. Almost 28,000 people were murdered in 2015 – with the homicide rate becoming the world’s highest. Compare that, according to GunPolicy.org – an international firearms prevention and policy research initiative – to just under 10,000 in 2012, and 6,500 thousand in 2001, the year before Chavez came to power.

The total number of gun deaths in 2013 was estimated to 14,622, having steadily risen from 10,913 in 2002. While comprehensive data now goes unrecorded by the government, in September this year, Amnesty International declared Venezuela had a murder rate “worse than some war zones” – 89 people per 100,000 people - and three times that of its volatile neighbor Brazil.

Much of the crime has been attributed by analysts to government-backed gangs – referred to in Spanish as “collectivos” – who were deliberately put in place by the government.

 “They were set up by the government to act as proxies and exert community control. They're the guys on the motorcycles in the poor neighborhoods, who killed any protesters,” said Vanessa Neumann, the Venezuelan-American president and founder of Asymmetrica, a Washington, D.C.-based political risk research and consulting firm. “The gun reform policy of the government was about social control. As the citizenry got more desperate and hungry and angry with the political situation, they did not want them to be able to defend themselves. It was not about security; it was about a monopoly on violence and social control.”

So while Venezuelan citizens were stripped of their legal recourse to bear arms, the “collectivos” – established by Chavez when came to power – were legally locked and loaded. Deemed crucial to the survival of the socialist dictatorship, the “collectivos” function to brutally subjugate opposition groups, while saving some face as they aren’t officially government forces, critics contend.

Eduardo Espinel, 35, who serves as a representative for the rapidly growing Venezuelan population in the Colombian border town of Cucuta – having fled his ailing nation two years ago under the threat of being kidnapped by local gangsters – said the law had proliferated the violence by allowing the collectivos to freely and legally shoot and kill.

And adding to the complication, the ranks of the police force are beleaguered by crime and corruption. “Crimes are committed by police, a lot of the criminals are police themselves,” said Saul Moros, 59, from the Venezuelan city of Valencia.

A black market in weapons is also thriving. There are an estimated six million unregistered firearms circulating in Venezuela, but they remain far from reach for the average, non-criminal Venezuelan.
“The black market of weapons is very active, mostly used by violent criminals,” said Johan Obdola, a former counter-narcotics chief in Venezuela and now president of Latin America-focused, Canada-based global intelligence and security firm IOSI. “Venezuelans simply looking to protect themselves from the regime are totally vulnerable.”

The Venezuelan government denies it is in a deeply deteriorating crisis, caused by its own policies. Rather, it blames the United States and opposition leaders for waging an “economic war.”
According to Omar Adolfo Zares Sanchez, 48, a lawyer, politician, and former mayor of Campo Elías municipality in the Venezuelan state of Mérida, it is now all but too late to make guns legally accessible to the average person.

 “Without a doubt, if there had been a balance of armed defense we could have stood up and stopped the oppression at the beginning,” he contended. “But there is too much anarchy on the streets now. Making guns easier for anybody to buy now would start a civil war.”

It just might contribute to saving this country from the same ignorant fate. Maybe, just maybe our Forefathers and Constitutional architects knew what they were doing when they wrote the Second Amendment.
