"The greatest enemy of truth is very often not the
lie-- deliberate, contrived and dishonest-- but the myth, persistent,
persuasive and unrealistic. Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion
without the discomfort of independent thought."

‘THE BOTTOM LINE’
“California
Is Tired of Waiting for Federal Gun Control, So We Made Our Own.” Jerry Brown
California’s Fabian
Communist Governor Jerry Brown signed a sweeping package of six tough new anti-American
unconstitutional gun bills into law last week which will ban the possession of
one kind of common rifle altogether.
California,
which already has some of the toughest gun laws in the country, just got even
tougher with a new package of bills that will begin to go into effect next
year. Which will make California the most Communist anti-American un-constitutional
state in the Union.
The anti-constitutional
hate America Communist controlled California state legislature pushed through a
broad spectrum of unconstitutional gun control laws that heavily regulate the
kind of weapons people can own, who can own them, and how they're used. The
state's legislation includes measures like a Gun Violence Restraining Order,
which allows law enforcement to confiscate weapons from people who they determine
are a threat to themselves or others. Like Constitutionalists, military veterans,
Christians, members of the NRA and all other law abiding citizens.
The Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence gives California an A-
rating, for gun
control, something it accords to few other states (this is also currently the
highest rating). The result: California’s violent crime rate has been on the
rise, moreover, it is the state where Elliot Rodger murdered six people in a
misogynistic rampage in 2014 (he just didn’t like women). And then where two
perpetrators killed 14 people and wounded 22 others in San Bernardino at a
company holiday party in 2015. Ever since the San Bernardino shooting,
Californians have been clamoring for better gun control, and this only
escalated after Orlando. The one thing they all had in common, which is
what law enforcement looks for by the way, is that they were all in GUN FREE ZONES.
Note: all mass-murders, including
schools, nightclubs, theaters, places of business, airports, etc. in the United
States have that one thing in common they were all perpetrated in GUN FREE ZONES.
What do these
laws really mean for California? They certainly mean that the state's gun
control framework will be tighter, which according to FBI statistics will lead
to fewer law abiding citizens purchasing guns and turning existing legal gun
owners into criminals. (More laws more crime) but the problem with leaving
issues like these to the states rather than legislating them on a federal level
is that Californians will simply look across the border to somewhere that
favors a more legal constitutional approach to the right to keep and bear arms.
Like Border
States Arizona and Nevada, both of which have F ratings according the Law Center to Prevent Gun
Violence on their gun policy, and Oregon, which gets a C. In looking at the map by the gun violence law
center, (An America hating anti-constitutional organization.) note that all the
states with D ratings or less, meaning the least gun laws, are the states with
the lowest violent crime rates in the country.
As opposed to the states with a score of B or higher with the most
restrictive gun laws have the highest violent gun crime in the country. Just
check the FBI stats.
All it takes
is a casual jaunt across the border to bring home a trunk full of goodies, something
that gun stores in those states already exploit by catering to California
residents. Regardless of the laws in California surrounding gun registration,
people own unregistered weapons, and many of those are also illegal.
California is
also contending with a flood of so-called "ghost guns," manufactured at private homes and in
small workshops with readily-available components. While making guns for
personal use isn't entirely unusual, the good old American entrepreneurial practice
of making them to sell is on the rise, and that has the communist tyrants
worried. The kind of people who make ghost guns likely aren't complying with the
restrictions on firearms, nor are they running background checks on their
buyers. Well… what causes this kind of behavior among otherwise
law-abiding gun owners? Answer:
Anti-American un-Constitutional, illegal restrictive gun laws. Free Americans will exercise their
Constitutional rights one way or another.
All these
illegal gun laws will accomplish, is to increase the violent crime rate as it
has in every city and state that has tried it. Take a look at Chicago with a crime rate nearly
700 times the national average, and nearly a 200 % increase in violent crime since the
pseudo gun ban went into effect. It is hard
to understand how a city with virtually “no guns allowed” could have so many
shootings. Could it be that criminals
don’t obey the laws? In addition, it
will eventually make criminals out of otherwise law abiding citizens. (More Laws More Criminals.)
Legal
crackdowns like this package of laws in California tend to put pressure on the
black market, which responds in kind by moving more product. "Gun
rights" advocates are already proclaiming that they'll
fight the laws. In addition
to taking them to court, which was probably inevitable, they say they also
won't comply with legal mandates. They've been skirting the law with cleverly
modified "California legal" guns all along, and now they're
abandoning even that pretense, this supports my insistence that this is
becoming an autocratic country where people believe that the government is
coming for their guns.
Below is the list of unconstitutional laws
passed by a California Communist legislature who were elected by a constituency
of useful idiots, and signed by the Fabian Communist himself, Jerry Brown.
Ammunition regulation: SB 1235 by Senate
leader Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles) requires background checks to buy
ammunition. It also requires a license to sell ammunition, and creates a new
system for collecting information about those sales. And will be used as a
de-facto Gun Registry. Goes into effect in
2018. As I have been telling you for
years, buy all the ammunition that you will reasonably need for the rest of your
life and the life of your kids and grandchildren, for all of your guns right now.
The longer you wait the more you will pay until January 2018. Then whatever you do don’t buy any ammunition
in California unless you want to eventually have all your guns confiscated
leaving you a helpless dupe in an oppressive autocracy.
Ban on large ammunition magazines: SB 1446
by Sen. Loni Hancock (D-Berkeley) bans the ownership of any
ammunition clip that holds more than 10 rounds. The previous law just banned
the use of large magazines.
Bullet buttons: SB 880 by Sen. Isadore Hall (D-Compton) expands the legal
definition of an "assault weapon" to include a group of
rifles with ammunition clips that can be quickly swapped out by using a
bullet to push a small release button.
Effectively bans all semi-auto rifles with a detachable magazine.
SB 894 by Sen. Hannah-Beth Jackson (D-Santa
Barbara) requires reporting lost or stolen guns within five days.
"Ghost guns": SB 1407 by Senate
leader Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles) requires a person to get a serial number
from state officials before making or assembling a gun. Another way of
creating a gun registry on homemade guns.
Gun violence research: SB 1006 by Sen. Lois Wolk (D-Davis) creates a
new University of California center for researching gun-related violence. Maybe
like John R. Lott, Jr. did, they will discover that More Guns ‘Less Crime.
THE BOTTOM LINE: There's a
larger conversation to be held here as people scream bloody murder about guns.
The dueling interpretations of the Second Amendment that often butt heads, is —
no individual right to buy guns at all versus an individual’s right to own
whatever you want.
But contrary
to what the public is being indoctrinated and robotically programmed with, there
isn’t actually a lot of nuance in the Constitution, and what the Founders meant
by it. “…the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be
infringed.” Is pretty straight
forward and self-explanatory. Moreover if one knows any constitutional history
at all, one would totally understand why the Second Amendment was written the
way it was.
And FYI, the
meaning of “infringed” as in ‘Shall not be…” Is…shall not
be…trespassed against, invaded upon, overstepped, encroached upon, intruded on,
interfered with, impinged on, moreover the antonym is “RESPECTED” my friend. (It
means there shall be no law) This is what the Constitution says, this is what
the architects meant, and if the America hating, freedom hating, Constitution
hating useful idiots of the Fabian Communist party don’t like it, then there is
a ‘legal’
Constitutional protocol, also in the Constitution, to abolish the Amendment instead of
this total contempt and ignorance for the highest law in the country that
guarantees the freedom of all Americans, as well as a blatant disregard for the
safety of all citizens.
E.g. since
the mass shooting in Orlando where the nightclub was a GUN FREE ZONE,
so… 49 people
were killed dead, and an additional 50 or so injured. There was a resent attempted
mass shooting at a South Carolina night club where a gunmen began a rampage of shooting
into a crowd of people but he injured only three, that’s “3” people for those
of you that can’t read fast, before a fellow with a CCW permit (a license to
carry a gun) shot the would be mass murderer before he could continue shooting
unfettered as the Orlando shooter did. But
I bet you didn’t hear about that one for the following two weeks if you even
heard about it at all. Typical despotic
control of the news. This is how your get brainwashed my friend.
Question? Would you rather have been in the Orlando
club, a so-called GUN FREE ZONE, or the club in South Carolina that night, where there was a real
American law abiding citizen with a gun???
I bet I know the answer, no matter which side of the gun control issue
you are on…
Remember
only tyrants and criminals fear the citizen’s possession of guns. Something the
Constitutional Framers knew very well.
