Texas Mayor Wants American
Law In America
Well…that’s…a novel idea! Isn’t it?

Pro-American Mayor Beth Van Duyne, pictured, is getting personal scrutiny and attacks from the anti-American
pro-Islamic alphabet soup press after standing up against Muslim pressure to replace
traditional local and U.S. Constitutional law with Islamic Sharia law.
She had better get used to it.
In a move that made national news last week, the Irving City
Council voted 5-4 Thursday to support a bill in the Texas state legislature
that would prohibit foreign laws from being used in place of federal or state constitutional
laws. This sounds like a no brainer to
me, but then I am an independent thinking American Constitutionalist. That’ in itself, could be considered foreign
these days.
Note…it was passed 5-4, which means there were four city
council members that wanted to be subjected to Islamic Sharia law instead of
local, Texas and U.S. federal law in Irving Texas. Unless they were Muslims, I can guarantee you
that none of them have ever read Sharia law much less lived under it, and it’s
likely they know little to nothing about U.S. Constitutional law either. What in the bloody @&#*% are these people
doing on a city council in America???
The Texas state bill and the Irving city ordinance are aimed at eliminating
Islamic Sharia as well as any other foreign law foothold in the state of Texas.
And rightly it should, Texas is still part of America, not Islam or any other
country.
Van Duyne made her goal crystal clear in a February Facebook post,
she wrote: “American
citizens need to remember that their rights are guaranteed by the Constitution
and I believe no one should subjugate themselves to anything less …[P]lease
know if it is determined that there are violations of basic rights occurring, I
will not stand idle and will fight with every fiber of my being against this
action. Our nation cannot
be so overly sensitive in defending other cultures that we stop protecting our
own. The American
Constitution and our guaranteed rights reigns supreme in our nation, and may
that ever be the case.” (Emphasis is mine)
Who’rrah! Beth…
For that… Mayor Beth Van Duyne is being subjected to media scrutiny,
questioning her Americanism etc. After
Thursday’s vote, she’s likely to hear even more intrusive questions, and
ignorant accusations of racism even death threats, I can personally speak to
that. She better be getting used to it,
and she probably should hire some personal body guards because they are likely
to throw more than dried camel dung at her…
THE BOTTOM LINE: While, as I said, this should be a no brainer, but it is however
becoming increasingly apparent that it isn’t. Moreover I can tell you with some
personal certainty that this abandonment of the American Constitution is due, at
least in part, to the general ignorance of true American history and of the
letter and intent of constitutional law.
Think
about it…
I
personally dropped out of college after the equivalent of only two years
because I knew more about sociology, history, and philosophy than did my
teachers. Not because I was so smart,
but because I knew the truth. What I was
being taught in collage, didn’t even line up with current accepted documentation.
I was told not to do outside research,
but in so many words, just to pay attention to what I was being indoctrinated
(brainwashed or programed) with. Even then, back in the olden days, revisionism
of history and basic education was already being skewed to meet the new socialistic
unconstitutional government illegal Department
of Education standards. Today with “No
Child left Behind” and the so-called test standardization of “[Communist]
Core”, it’s a nightmare. I
continued my’ education with a lot of independent courses, self-teaching, independent
research, and an undergraduate U.S. Constitutional Law degree from Hillsdale
College in Michigan.
Mayor
Beth Van Duyne is a magna cum laude graduate of Cornell University with a BA in Government and Law. Thank
God it was somewhere that they are still teaching true Americanism.
I can
still remember driving through Ithaca and passing by Cornell on my way to
Watertown in upstate New York in the winter of 1958.
