Obama - Just Won’t Obey The Law
Obama is above the law, beside the
law, over the law, anything but subject to the law. And he doesn’t CARE…

Obama (The One) has
acknowledged that he ordered the release of illegal aliens that were in custody,
back into the U.S.
population. He claims that these particular
illegal aliens did not “fit” his administrative “priority” for
deportation. Come on they were illegal
weren’t they? He said these illegals
were outside the qualifications that were outlined in his new (Executive Order)
immigration policy. Never-mind that he violated
U.S.
Fox News: On the first of August, an Immigration
and Customs agent arrested a 35-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico ;
now’ the arresting ICE agent is facing a prison term in the Gulags for simply doing his job,
and the criminal is set free. Sounds
more than familiar to me!
As a result, Sen. Jeff Sessions blasted Obama and ICE officials in
a letter that read,
“Federal law
enforcement should certainly not be giving illegal aliens more preferential
treatment that is afforded American citizens.
Your agency’s apparent treatment of the criminal alien sends the
troubling message that the demands of public safety are trumped by the desire
for reduced deportations of those deemed ‘not presidential priorities.’”
After receiving word back from ICE, which basically resulted in no
information at all being given in the matter, Sessions wrote to ICE again: “Since I last wrote to you, several ICE
agents filed a lawsuit against you, the Obama administration, and Secretary
Napolitano in the federal district court for the Northern District of Texas El Paso County ,
Texas
Prior to Sessions letter, ten employees at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have
sued the Obama administration to block a new
program to let any young illegals avoid deportation and get a work permit. Of Course… these are potential VOTERS,
voters, voters!
Obama has not only disdain for, and disregarded for the law of the land
as bothersome, but he has in many instances, disregarded his own policies. One of the signs of a true dictator is making
up or changing laws as one goes along…
Sessions blasted (ICE Director John) Morton for his “apparent failure to
support” ICE agents and’ the rule of the
law over the Obama administration’s illegal political agenda with these new
directives. “There is no question that the
Administration’s unilaterally decreed policy is contrary to codified federal law and places our law enforcement
officers in an untenable position,” Sessions wrote to
Morton on Tuesday. “It comes as no surprise that the
morale of your agents has plummeted.”
Barack Obama and his regime have no desire to follow the law, or, only
when it suites them. It is not only a
failure to do his job as the chief law enforcement officer of the country, but
it is a slap in the face to every immigrant that has legally come into the
country and gone through the legal procedure to become an American citizen.
THE BOTTOM LINE: Well how do you like living under the rule of a
dictator that totally disregards the law, and whenever it suites him, his own
laws as well? Unless one is a Mini Obama
bowing to every whim and fancy of (THE ONE), one is likely to find himself in
the Gulags of a Federal prison and left to be reduced to compost.
If
he does this to one of his own federal agents, then how long do you think it
will be before he does it to YOU…
