When Will The
Criminal Congress Obey The Law?

I am getting so sick of this unconstitutional
nonsense of an unsecured border and the congressional criminals creating mob
rule. And if you are as well, maybe it is time to do something about it.
Contrary to what you may have been told, you my friend, are the boss, not the
Communist Congress, and the Constitution is the law, not the courts.
In my expert opinion, and yes ‘expert’,
although some may say a lay expert. I do
have a degree in Constitutional History from Hillsdale University in Hillsdale
Michigan. You can do that too. That being said, it is becoming quite obvious
that few in Congress know anything at all about Constitutional law, nor do they
want to. It is also quite clear to me that the Judiciary knows next to nothing
about the Constitution except how to massage, and manipulate it.
Moreover the Constitution is supposed to be the
highest law of this country by where all other laws are legislated. And yet I
have yet to hear any reference to it, when it comes to the invasion at our
southern border, as if there is no Constitutional law that covers this
situation. The Criminal Congress instead miss[DA1] uses
the Constitution by saying “the President has
no Constitutional right to declare a national emergency” regarding
the invasion at our border. They don’t sight any Constitutional law restricting
the President, from doing so, because there isn’t one. But I will sight the
Constitutional law that not only allows the President to stop the invasion, but
actually ORDERS those in government
to protect the many States from this invasion. It’s the law my friend!
Here it is, then you decide: Article 4 Section 4 of the U.S.
Constitution. “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican
Form of Government, and
shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the
Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened)
against domestic Violence.”
…”and shall
protect each of them against Invasion,” can that be any more clear?
To explain these clauses:
this
Article and Section guarantees that the federal government will assure and
provide these three protections to all citizens and State governments:
1.
Republican Form of Government; Providing a Republic not a Democracy.
2. Protection Against Invasion; Does not
stipulate a specific kind of invasion.
3.
Protection of Legislatures and Executive from domestic Violence.
The
first assurance is that we are guaranteed a Republican Form of Government, they
established seven basic principles necessary to constitute a Republican form of
government:
1. There is a strict
separation of powers, horizontally and vertically.
2. The government is run by officers governing for a term and only during good behavior.
3. Offices are selected by our election, and not by the appointment of the government itself.
4. The government recognizes that power resides originally in the People (immediately from God).
5. There is a deliberativeness in action and that it is, by the checks and balances, not subject to the whimsical fancy of a few.
6. The government acknowledges the final right of the People to alter or abolish it whenever it usurps the rights for which it was instituted by the People to administer God’s Law.

3. Offices are selected by our election, and not by the appointment of the government itself.
4. The government recognizes that power resides originally in the People (immediately from God).
5. There is a deliberativeness in action and that it is, by the checks and balances, not subject to the whimsical fancy of a few.
6. The government acknowledges the final right of the People to alter or abolish it whenever it usurps the rights for which it was instituted by the People to administer God’s Law.
7. The government
does not grant entitlements.
These
principles must be maintained so that the form of government does not “wander”
into another type of government – like a monarchy, or dictatorship, or oligarchy,
or democracy or socialist
or worse, totalitarian. So under the law we are guaranteed a
Republican form of government not a democracy or a Socialist or Communist form
of government. With that the Congress is already in violation of Constitutional
Law and should be appropriately charged.
The protection
against invasion clause: was a continuation of an established centralized foreign
policy and defense under the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union.
The Framers
understood that protection of the borders was essential to both the security of
the people and the viability of the economy. The clause assures that a president cannot refuse to defend States of the nation from
foreign attack. Sadly today, this understanding has been lost on our
illegal Socialist elected Congressional members who want to “sell out” the
citizens by granting Sanctuary and Amnesty” to criminals who are illegally invading
the borders of States of the union putting citizens at risk of death.
An
example: One confiscated load of drugs at the border, contained enough Fentanyl
to kill every American in the
country 4 times over.
Fentanyl is 100 times more potent than morphine, and 50 time more powerful than heroin, and
severely dangerous in the wrong hands. One can die of an overdose by just being
in the vicinity of pure Fentanyl or touching it, one grain the size of a grain of
sugar or salt can kill a human being with a small body mass.
The third and final assurance is protection of legislatures and the executive from domestic
Violence. In most State Constitutions includes articles in the Declaration of
Rights, which reserve to the people the right to establish a new government
whenever the government oppresses the people. For Example the Maryland
Declaration of Rights in Article 6 states, “That
all persons invested with the Legislative or Executive powers of Government are
the Trustees of the Public, and, as such, accountable for their conduct:
Wherefore, whenever the ends of Government are perverted, and public liberty
manifestly endangered, and all other means of redress are ineffectual, the People
may, and of right ought, to reform the old, or establish a new Government; the
doctrine of non-resistance against arbitrary power and oppression is absurd,
slavish and destructive of the good and happiness of mankind.”
THE
BOTTOM LINE: The Constitution only protects your rights if you demand it. The United States of
America is fast approaching a despotic anti-constitutional government. Historically this country was designed by the
architects to be a Constitutional Representative Republic, not a Democracy
because they knew that a democracy historically always evolves into tyranny, moreover
the U.S. government unfortunately laid the foundation for Democracy back in
1913 and since then has been making the transition into Tyranny using the
conduit of Socialism.
The
Congress ignores the Constitution because it will no longer apply in a
socialist dictatorship.
Will you please
write your Representatives here and
tell them to start obeying the law,
specifically Article 4 Section 4 of U.S. Constitutional law and protect
American Citizens against invasion, as the law requires the Government to do?
