Congresswoman Ilhan Omar: Islamic Sharia Law, or The US Constitution?

Central to the controversy surrounding the Jew hating, America hating and disparaging remarks made by the newly elected (some argue, fraudulently) Somali-born Muslim Congresswoman from Minnesota, Ilhan Omar, is the distinction between two laws: Islamic law and the U.S. Constitution. Which one will she uphold?

It is unlikely that Omar would present a history of making such claims if she were not an adherent of Islamic Political Ideology rooted in the Qur’an. The Qur’an is the basis for Islamic law, just as the U.S. Constitution is the basis for U.S. law.

Discussions about Omar’s apology of Jew hating are ongoing; numerous elected officials have requested House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to remove her from the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

A petition on Change.org has more than 178,891 signatures calling for Omar’s removal as of Feb. 19; the number has grown by more than 10,000 signatures daily. Another petition demands Omar be censured for her “repeated history of false, derogatory and hateful communications that go well beyond the bounds of acceptable discourse….”

Still, others are calling for her removal from office altogether. Brigitte Gabriel, founder of Act for America, a grassroots organization exposing Sharia law in America, said, “Ilhan Omar is a danger to our nation’s national security. She married her brother to commit immigration fraud. She has allegiance/ties to terrorist groups that have declared war on the United States. She has clearly proven to be a raging anti-Semite.”

Moreover, I am calling for her to be removed from the Country. And you might too after you read this article.

In the U.S., it is legal to hate Jews and be anti-Semitic. One’s belief is not a crime. But hate crimes are. And Omar’s Sharia Law requires the killing of, not only Jews, but all non-Muslims/Infidels/Kaffaar. This means you and I, and everyone who calls themselves an American my friend.

The critical distinction is that the Quran, and therefore Islamic law, instructs its followers in more than 100 verses to wage war and kill non-Muslims. The U.S. Constitution on the other hand, protects them.

The underlying impetus for Omar’s claims is rooted in Sharia law—which means submission to the law of the Qur’an. Because Omar self-identifies as a Muslim, and by the very definition of Islam, her allegiance to the Qur’an and Sharia Law outweighs any allegiance she may have claimed’ to make to the U.S. Constitution.

Australian Imam Mohamad Tawhidi hinted at this in his response to Omar’s disparaging statements about President Trump. Tawhidi said, “Amazing what time can do. Little girl from the deserts of Somalia speaking like that to the President of the United States. If you had tweeted that to President Farmajo of Somalia, he would have applied Sharia Law and killed you; the law you cherish so much. Behave yourself, guest.”

Note: (I will tell you why the Imam admonishes her and says “Behave yourself, guest.”) It’s because all Muslims are instructed by the Quran to see themselves as guests in a foreign country until such time as they have infiltrated enough and have grown in numbers enough to take over the county by force.

The Pew Research Center estimates that there were about 3.45 million Muslims of all ages living in the U.S. in 2017, and that Muslims made up about 1.1% of the total U.S. population. By 2040, Muslims will replace Jews as the nation’s second-largest religious group after Christians. And by 2050, the U.S. Muslim population is projected to reach 8.1 million, or 2.1% of the nation’s total population.

When the demographics in a host country reach this percentage of the population Muslims have historically began a civil war and taken over a country.

In the book, “What Christians in America Should Know About Islam,” one third of the book defines Islamic jurisprudence, which includes Jew-hatred.

The Qur’an refers to Jews as “apes, despised and hated.” (Surah 2:65; 7:166) Jews are “worse than [transgressors] in retribution… and whom Allah has cursed and brought His wrath upon, and of whom He made apes and swine, … and serve Shaitan (Satan).” (Surah 5:60)

Jews are the “vilest of animals” who “break their agreement every time.” (Surah 8:55-56) Jews, like Christians and polytheists, “are the worst of men.” (Surah 98:6)

The Qur’an instructs its followers: “O you who believe! Do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends,” whom the Qur’an describes are “unjust people.” (Surah 5:51; see also 57ff)

These examples exclude the more than 100 commands to commit violence and murder against non-Muslims. This my friend, is what Congresswoman Omar believes.

The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) has translated into English and published hundreds of expositions Islamic leaders have given about Jews.

For example, Egyptian cleric, Hussam Fawzi Jabar, explained, “This is the nature of the Jews. By nature, they abhor keeping their commitments. By nature, they hate peace. By nature, they love treachery, betrayal, deception, killing, and blood. This is their nature. One of the most amazing things I have read is that Hitler said: ‘I could have annihilated all the Jews of the world, but I left some of them, so that you would understand why I did this to them.’ Hitler was right to say what he said and to do what he did to the Jews.”

Sheikh Bassam Al-Kayed, the Head of the Association of Palestinian Islamic Scholars said on Hamas’ official television station, an organization Omar supports, “The Jew is a Satan in human form. Allah inflicted the Jews upon humanity in its entirety, and especially upon the nation of Islam, including the early prophets and the Prophet Muhammad.”

In Houston a few months ago, Raed Saleh Al-Rousan, of the Tajweed Institute, a Florida-based Islamic organization, said Muslims will kill Jews on Judgment Day. MEMRI translated and published his remarks, which garnered international attention. In response, Gilad Katz, the Israeli Consul General for six states including Texas, said, “We should not be tolerant towards hatred. Hatred should be met with a very strong fist of the law, and should be dealt with seriously.”

But Al-Rousan was likely referencing well-known texts in the hadith, which are volumes of transcribed instructions and testimony from Muhammad’s followers. Combined as the Sunnah, the hadith are considered second to the Qur’an when discerning Islamic law.

The texts he most likely referenced include: “The hour will not come until Muslims fight and kill the Jews and the Jews will hide behind trees and rocks, and these trees and rocks will cry out saying, ‘O Muslim, slave of Allah, this Jew is hiding behind me, come and kill him.” (Sahih al-Bukhari Vol. 4, Book 52, No. 176, 177; See also: Vol. 4 Book 56, No. 791; Sahih Muslim Book 041, No. 6981, 6983-6985)

Unlike the Qur’an and the hadith, the U.S. Constitution was created to protect the inalienable rights of U.S. citizens, including freedom of speech specified in the First Amendment. The Quran, Hadith and Sunnah do exactly the opposite and requires the complete adherence, submission and subjugation to the political ideology of Islam, one has no rights of any kind.

The FBI defines a hate crime as a “criminal offense against a person or property motivated in whole or in part by an offender’s bias against a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, or gender identity.” The FBI notes that hate itself is not a crime. Hate crimes, depending on the severity, carry sentences of ten years to life in prison, and death, depending on the state where the crime was committed.

What should be acknowledged is that the Qur’an legalizes hatred and the killing of all people that are not Muslim. It is also a crime to contradict Qur’anic law under apostasy and blasphemy laws. The Pew Research Center reports that 90 percent of Middle East and North African Islamic countries criminalize blasphemy; 70 percent criminalize apostasy. Somalia criminalizes both. Moreover they are all punishable by death.

Ilhan Omar was not fraudulently elected, she was elected by a majority Muslim district in her state of Minnesota. Omar won Minnesota's 5th District race to become the first Somali-American and one of the first Muslim women but not the first Muslim elected to Congress. Omar will succeed U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison, who gave up the safe seat in a heavily Democratic Minneapolis-Muslim district to run for state attorney general. Ellison himself was the first Muslim elected to Congress more than a decade ago. Omar ran against and defeated a minority Republican activist Jennifer Zielinski.

Ilhan Omar is a Muslim and not an American, by choice. She is governed by Sharia Law not the U.S. Constitution, moreover, those in her Muslim majority district knew that very well.

I will say this once again: Islam is not a religion, it is a political ideology not unlike Nazism, Communism or Fascism. Muslims come not to assimilate, they come to infiltrate. They stealthily, cleverly and incrementally change the host country’s politics to conform to their own Islamic ideology and Sharia law. If you don’t know that every country in the world (including Arabia where it all started) - that is now Islamic, was taken over in this same way, then you as most Americans don’t know your history. Don’t feel bad, it is not your fault, it is by design my friend. Read my recent article titled Don’t Know Much About His’tor’y, then educate yourself.

Look up every Islamic country you can think of and check their history. You will find the same thing that is going on in Europe, Australia and America today. Two examples in my lifetime are Lebanon and Indonesia. Before the 1940’s Lebanon was a French colony and primarily a Christian Parliamentary Democracy, until 1943, when they won their independence. That is - until they ignorantly invited Muslims in, in the 1960’s, which resulted in Civil War in 1974. Today it is run by the Muslim Jihadi group Hezbollah. And yes they kill Christians and Jews. Indonesia prior to the 1950’s was a Dutch colony called the Dutch East Indies. They also allowed Muslims to come in to their Islands and today it is the largest Muslim Country in the world.

THE BOTTOM LINE: This is the danger that I have warned about for more than twenty years my friend. And because I love this country I will continue to warn its citizens until I can no longer see to write.

Then and only then, will I pass the baton…
