The Court Lied: Saying No Threat From The 7 Banned Countries

The Communists LIED AGAIN and the Fabian useful idiots of the media supported them.
This my friend is why we have shared power in government, but it relies on the truth…Well in this case the court lied… again.  As I said in this previous article Judge Robart should be brought up on charges of Fraud.
The truth is since the 9/11 attacks, 72 people coming from the seven Middle Eastern countries named in President Donald Trump's executive order on travel and refugees have been arrested and convicted on terrorism charges according to a new report released Saturday.
According to the nonpartisan Center for Immigration Studies, the report stands "in stark contrast to the assertions by the Ninth Circuit judges who have illegally blocked the president's order on the basis that there is no evidence showing a risk to the United States in allowing aliens from these seven terror-associated countries to come in."
Moreover, at least 17 of the 72 who have been convicted ‘claimed to be refugees’, while three came into the United States as students. Twenty-five more eventually became American citizens, the report shows.
According to a breakdown of the countries and the numbers of people who were eventually convicted of terror crimes:
·        Somalia: 20
·        Yemen: 19
·        Iraq: 19
·        Syria: 7
·        Iran: 4
·        Libya: 2
Jessica Vaughan, the center's director of policy studies, said she based the report on information from a report in 2016 from the Senate Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest.  (You will have to zoom in)
The subcommittee at that time was chaired by Sen. Jeff Sessions, who is now the new attorney general.
The report also determined that out of 580 people convicted in terrorism attacks since 9/11, 380 were born in foreign Muslim countries.
Out of the 72 from Trump's targeted states, the persons arrested on terrorism charges lived in at least 16 different states, with the most living in New York, which had 10; Minnesota and California had eight each; and Michigan, six.
Minnesota, along with Washington, were the states that sued to block the travel ban order, and the report revealed at least two of those convicted were from Washington.  WHAT A SHAM!
THE BOTTOM LINE: In addition to all of this fraud commented by the tyrannical Communist court system, The Supreme Court has already written and opinion about this in 1951=52 U.S. U.S. Supreme Court Opinion No. 35  Carlson v. Landon, in November 26, 1951 342 U.S. 524 (1952) Decided March 10, 1952 342 U.S. 524The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. Section 212 Chapter 2,  giving the president broad dicressionary powers to protect this nation and a 1952 law The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. Section 212 Chapter 2, was passed regarding this issue which gave Trump the legal right to ban anyone from anywhere from entering this country.  So the courts lied on two counts.  The Courts have become political Anti-American Criminals.
This is what Trump meant about draining the Swamp.  The courts have become nothing but an organized crime syndicate. It’s time the Congress does its job of making sure the laws in this country are enforced including for those in government.

Thanks for listening my friend!  Now go do the right thing and fight for freedom.
