The Banning of the Confederate Flag Is Just The Rewriting of History

“Although all men are born free, slavery has been the general lot of the human race. Ignorant--they have been cheated; asleep--they have been surprised; divided--the yoke has been forced upon them. But what is the lesson?…the people ought to be enlightened, to be awakened, to be united, that after establishing a government they should watch over it....It is universally admitted that only a well-instructed people alone can be permanently free.-James Madison

The Banning of the Confederate Flag Is Just The Rewriting of History

Since the shootings in Charleston, there’s been an incredible amount of backlash concerning the confederate flag.
Ignorant people all across the Nation say the confederate flag is by its very nature, racist. And whoever might fly it is racist too.  Well my friend, the people who say that are the racists as well as ignorant.
That’s why South Carolina has issued an order to have it removed, and Alabama has already removed it from their state house.
And vendors all across the nation have banned the so-called confederate flag, stripping it from their websites and physical stores.
This is why rewriting history cannot be allowed. All it does is create ignorance and deception.  If you believe in a lie you will believe in anything.  Then the perpetrators of the lie, will control you!
The Flag in question shown at the top is not the flag of the confederate States, that flag was Robert E lee’s battle flag of Northern Virginia.
The Flag at right is the Confederate Flag, call the “stars and bars” showing the thirteen stars.  The resemblance to the American Flag of the North makes it obvious as to why Lee would not want to carry that into battle.
On the left is a rare early American Flag.

And on the right is the popular Betsy Ross Flag.

The truth is, there were a plethora of American flags.  Look here.
It’s not the flag, it’s because we are embarrassed by this part of our history we just want to make it go away by getting rid of it, burn it, bury it.
Not because we think we hate what we believe is the confederate flag or what we think it stands for, but because we want to deny it. It is just another way for the Communist Left to deny Free Speech.
While the criminal left and its media water carriers celebrate the purging of what they ignorantly believe is the Confederate flag from the public and private spheres, they’re hyping the decision of retailers to pull Confederate-themed merchandise. But maybe they should take a look at what other ideology-related swag these same stores and websites are selling.
If the purpose of the denial of Speech and the truth were not true then why are we allowed to sell, buy, or fly this flag for example?

Or this one.
It’s because we are not embarrassed by them we only hate them, or what they stand for. At least I hope we do. Moreover we never want to forget what these flags stand for.  And we shouldn’t.
But should we hide, destroy, burn, or deny the confederacy?  Good or bad its part of our history that we should be reminded of.  Especially if we are embarrassed by it.  But then that’s not the point is it? The point is, for us to be controlled.
Following the South Carolina church shooting, stores including Amazon, Walmart and eBay stopped selling Confederate flag merchandise. Media from USA Today to ABC covered the move as well as the three broadcast networks, with CBS’ Adriana Diaz recognizing the “pressure” that is “mounting in the business community” on June 24.
In defense of the decision, Walmart spokesperson Brian Nick explained his company’s reasoning. “We never want to offend anyone with the products that we offer. We have taken steps to remove all items promoting the Confederate flag from our assortment – whether in our stores or on our web site,” he told CNN.
Oh really… Walmart sells the ISIS flag. Is that so they don’t offend the murdering jihadists?
But the stores aren’t afraid of offending everyone else.
Amazon sells Swastika covers for Playstation 4, books denying the Holocaust and swastika-decorated knives and pendants.
For Soviet Union fanatics, Amazon advertises hammer and sickle pins, aprons and baby bodysuits.
Amazon has something for everyone, offering satanic goat head pendants and “Hail Satan”wristbands.
Joining Amazon, Walmart sells airplane models, complete with swastikas, and Soviet heavy tank kits.
The chain giant also sells Soviet posters – from Soviet beverage ads to Soviet Boy Scout adscalling all schoolchildren.”
EBay offered concentration camp cash, a good luck swastika pin, a Soviet Union hammer sickle flag, Lenin and Stalin busts.
That’s just like the politically correct crowd.
They will never pass up a chance to play the race card these Communists will keep riding this anti-racism gravy train all the way until ZERO free speech is tolerated.
You of course know the incredibly dark history behind many of the products being offered above. However, the confederate battle flag is not racist and it truly was only ever used as a symbol for the south as they exercised a constitutionally protected right to secede.  While it was the Federal government that fought the civil war to destroy states’ rights. And is continuing to do so to this day. Moreover, it will not stop until you stop them.

A must watch video with Mark Dice of San Diego Ca.  A petition to replace the American Flag with a new New World Order Flag.  It once again shows that Americans are becoming nothing but a bunch of brain washed programmed robot idiots.
And…No! I am not from the south…I am an American Constitutionalist and I believe in freedom for all.
Why is racism an Issue? Because we keep on fighting about it. If one really wants it to go away then ignore it. Don’t buy into the rhetoric. Just become color blind.
We are not all created equal, we are all uniquely created, with equal rights and opportunities.  Which again proves that our rights come from the God who created us, not the government or people.
Oh the cruel irony of hypocritical political correctness.

I certainly hope I offended someone!  If I did, it would make my day…
