Illinois Concealed Carry

As in every case, in every place…more guns, less crime! Another
truth telling story about the American Constitution.

No legislative act, therefore,
contrary to the
Constitution, can be valid. To deny this would be to affirm that the deputy is greater than his
principal; that the
servant is above
his master; that
the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves. John Jay, First chief justice US Supreme Court.
Every
gun law in America is unconstitutional and therefore illegal. Yes I said every gun law is illegal!
The complete uncensored Second Amendment
of the Constitution of the United States of America. “A well regulated Militia, being necessary
to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,
shall not be infringed.”
Did you read that? No don’t skip this…DID YOU READ
THAT? The
part that said SHALL
NOT BE INFRINGED. That means
no one can make a law that even smells like it might restrict the right of any
American to keep and or bear arms. Don’t
like it? Tuff…then change the law, don’t violate it.
That being said…
Since March of 2014, the
state of Illinois has issued approximately 91,000 concealed carry permits. Oh
no! Say it isn’t so.
Anti-American,
anti-Constitutionalists feared the new law would lead to increased crime, but
now, with less than one year of experience behind them, state officials are surprised,(surprise, surprise) saying
their fears were unfounded. OMG these
people are clueless, it’s a wonder they don’t step on their own tongues.
“I really wasn’t sure on expectations, but I do think
that it’s probably worked out better than some people thought it would,” McLean County Sheriff Joe
Sandage told the Bloomington Pantagraph.
“We haven’t seen any abuses of (the law) or people
carrying into places where they’re not allowed to,” Sandage continued, adding
that “by
and large, the people getting concealed-carry permits are responsible gun
owners, and they’re going to follow the law as it’s written. …Legalization has not caused the mass chaos
we thought it would”, according to Decatur Police Chief Brad Sweeney. “It’s been such a non-event,”
Sweeney told the Pantagraph, adding that the possibility that Illinois would
devolve into the “wild, wild west” did enter his mind. “We were worried these firearms may start to
turn up in cases, but I could not find any report of an incident all of last
year.”
Sandage’s and Sweeney’s assessments match those of other
top cops in the state.
“For us, it’s been a non-event,” Champaign police deputy
chief Joe Gallo told The (Champaign-Urbana) News-Gazette earlier this month.
“I think people were so concerned about it in the beginning,
because there was a lot of media hype and speculation,” Urbana Police Chief Patrick
Connolly told The News-Gazette. “But
quite honestly, we have often said the people who are law-abiding and take the
time to go to class and register and understand the concept, hopefully, are
going to be smart enough to handle the firearm appropriately. So, I don’t think
this was something out of the ordinary.”
Illinois’ concealed carry law requires permit holders to
undergo a background check and 16 hours of training.
“When you’re talking concealed-carry, it’s mostly your
law-abiding citizens, who don’t cause problems anyway,” Danville police Sgt. Josh
Campbell told the paper.
The observations of law enforcement officials on the ground are
in contrast to the predictions made by politicians such as Chicago Mayor Rahm
Emanuel and former Governor Pat Quin.
Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy also opposed
concealed carry. Last January, after the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals
ruled that the state’s ban on concealed carry was unconstitutional, he said: “When people say concealed carry, I say
Trayvon Martin. The answer to guns is not more guns, and just simply putting
guns in people’s hands is going to lead to more tragedy.”
THE BOTTOM LINE:
Well he
was also wrong, wrong, and wrong. According
to the Chicago Tribune, Illinois homicides actually fell from 419 in 2013 to
407 last year. And that was in less than
one year when the Homicide rate was on the up tic. Now, you just wait until the FBI report that
no one pays any attention to, comes out showing another significant drop in the
overall violent crime rate in the state.
The more the crime rate drops the less attention will be paid to it,
because we sure do not want to solve the violent crime problem, what we do want
is to get rid of guns.
FYI, the State of Vermont doesn’t have even one gun law. Anyone
federally legal to possess a gun, can carry it loaded concealed or open carry
right down main street Vermont. But here
is the part, as I said, no one pays any attention to, and that is, according to
the FBI stat’s, Vermont has among the lowest per capita violent crime rates in
the Nation. Arizona and Alaska have had
similar results. Moreover, after Hiller
v’s Washington DC Supreme Court decision to abolish their gun ban, Washington
DC, almost overnight, lost its status of being the murder capital of the
world. The city of Chicago is soon to
capture that prestigious award with their virtual gun ban. You want more gun murders…then ban guns! S
Folks! Anytime a
legislature violates Constitutional law we are in trouble. Unlike today’s so-called leaders who haven’t
a clue as to what they are doing, the Constitutional architects knew exactly
what they were doing. The right to keep
and bear arms is for the “Security of a Free State”,
when are these ignorant dummies going to get it?
Jesus Christ Himself said “sell your cloths, buy a sword.”
Why?
For your safety my friend, for your safety!
My country’s Constitution says I should be armed, My God
said I should be armed…I don’t about you, but I’m going to be armed…
