Has Christ Become An
IRS 501c3 Corporation?

this and find out…

As follow-up to an
article that I publish on October 18 2014 titled “Christians
Have No Rights In America”, this may come as a shock to most Christians
who weren't around in 1913 or ignorantly haven’t a clue that their
‘Constitutionally Free Republic of America’, suddenly as it began 130 years
earlier, came to an abrupt end, and only now is it becoming apparent.
Sometimes it takes an
awful lot to wake up a people…sometime they don’t wake up until it is too late.
I have to chuckle at the
proposition that too many pastors are speaking out on political issues from
their pulpits, adding credence to my statement “Become a Christian and lose your
freedom”. Oh well! One may lose
ones freedom but gain eternal life. If
it must be, it is likely a good trade off.
But back to the
subject… How many churches have you
attended lately and not found ONE pastor who regularly speaks out on
anti-biblical issues that the government has decided to call “political
issues”. In fact, a recent Barna
research project discovered that some 90% of America’s pastors
deliberately refuse to address such subjects from the pulpit which shows that
we have become good little Nazi subjects, and have fallen right into lockstep
with the current government ant -Christian tyranny. More importantly, the church may have
contributed to’ and enabled the present downfall of American Christian moral
values in this once Free Christian Nation. What is happening in our
schools today, is the direct result of the apathy and the growing
uselessness of the Christian church. Our
American Christian foundation has crumbled my friend.
Furthermore, although I
support this small step in the right direction, I am NOT REALLY IMPRESSED with
the so called “Pulpit Freedom Sunday” in which pastors are encouraged to
deliberately speak out on topics considered taboo by the IRC on one particular
Sunday of the year. Nationwide, some 1,500 pastors reportedly challenged their
501 c3 status participating in a recent “Pulpit Freedom Sunday.” That’s
1,500 out of over 300,000 evangelical pastors in America. You do the math my
friend!
I ask you, what is the
big deal if a pastor decides to speak out on anti-Christian salient political
and cultural issues on ONE Sunday in a year of Sundays? What about the other 51
Sundays? Moreover do any non 501 c3 churches really exist? Well you can’ tune
in to Liberty Fellowship in Kalispell, Montana
my friend, where EVERY SUNDAY is a “Pulpit Freedom Sunday”.
Then again! Liberty
Fellowship is NOT a 501c3 church you see! And that is what makes all the difference in
the world. And sooner or later, Mayor Parker of Huston Texas and her homosexual
perverted pals are going to get around to addressing that fact. And when they
do, the lunacy of America’s pastors and churches allowing themselves to become oppressed
creatures of the state via their acceptance of the 501c3 non-profit tax status
is going to come home to roost.
Even though I support
what they did one hundred percent, what these pastors and churches of Houston,
Texas, (and the rest of the country) don’t realize--or have willfully ignored--is
that when they voluntarily accepted the 501c3 categorization of the IRS, they
also voluntarily accepted the unconstitutional
rules and regulations of the IRC. Therefore, the government does not
recognize them as churches and pastors protected under the First Amendment, but
as mere non-political corporations and corporate officers. And, tragically,
they are right. That’s exactly what a “501c3 church” is. You see, when “we the people”
ignorantly and apathetically allowed the violation of the U.S. Constitution in
1913 with the introduction and enforcement of the IRS, our protection of
freedom under the First Amendment came into conflict, if not moot.
A 501c3 “church”
existing since 1913, has become nothing
more than a government-created non-profit organization, equal to ten thousand
other non-profit organizations, including the American Civil Liberties Union
(ACLU), Amnesty International, Doctors of the World, American Humane
Association, National Audubon Society, Greenpeace, American Red Cross, American
Heart Association, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, Lutheran World
Relief, Habitat for Humanity, AARP Foundation, Common Cause, Boy Scouts of
America, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, League of Women Voters, and the
National Football League (NFL). Yep, you read it right: the NFL. Oh! We can
also throw in the National Hockey League (NHL) and the Professional Golfers
Association (PGA) and how about The Council on Arabic Islamic Relations, (CAIR)
also an IRS 501c3 tax free Corporation that does nothing but’ be involved in anti-American
political issues. Moreover they get away with it. Why is that you might ask…well it’s because
501 c3 churches for example have not been involved in stopping the incremental political
takeover of America by the so-called peaceful -satanic religion of Islam, not
to mention the minority homosexual takeover of education etc. Which
leads to the fact that sooner or later, Mayor Parker and Company of Houston
Texas will awaken to this reality. And that’s when the real’ battle lines will
be drawn.
So, let us for a moment acknowledge
that the vast, vast majority of America’s 501c3 pastors and churches have
completely abdicated their freedom of speech and freedom of religion to the IRS
and make no pretense about it. Barna’s research says 90% of America’s pastors
deliberately refuse to address political issues from the pulpit--the very same
issues that violate the stated rules and regulations of the IRC. Then, let’s
also acknowledge that the vast, vast majority of America’s church members have
deliberately laid their religious convictions on the altar of IRS tax benefits
for donations to “charitable organizations,” i.e. “churches.” As I previously
stated: “Become a Christian and give up your freedom.”
When push comes to shove
(and it certainly has), America’s pastors and churches are going to be forced
to come to grips with the fact that they have--either wittingly or
unwittingly--surrendered their spiritual authority and freedom of religion to
Caesar through the acceptance of the governments 501c3 non-profit organization
status. At this point, they then must decide whether they will continue to
function as a creature of the state by continuing to accept the 501c3
non-profit organization status in exchange for their willful silence, or’, will they choose to break free from the shackles of
government bondage and become a true church under the authority and sovereignty
of Christ by renouncing the 501c3 non-profit organization status, even
if they must go underground and have church in members’ homes.
The shot fired in
Houston, Texas, by the mayor and city council is indeed a “shot across the
bow.” And, in typical fashion, it is a large metropolitan area that is firing
this shot of tyranny against the sacred principle of religious liberty. The
sage assessment of Mr. Jefferson is proven dead right. And, as already noted,
we can certainly expect the federal government, via the IRS and their IRC, to eventually
join in the barrage.
THE BOTTOM LINE: As I see it, this fight is long overdue. For
too many years, American churches have operated as creatures of the state
without any seeming repercussion. This lack of aggressive intrusion into church
affairs has accomplished two things: 1) It has given pastors and churches a
false sense of security, and, 2) It has given time for pastors and churches to
be thoroughly indoctrinated in the devilish philosophy that it’s okay for the
church to operate under the auspice and “benevolence” of Caesar and his tyranny.
The result’, is where we are today.
Now, I hope and pray that the facade of this fraud is beginning to lift
and become apparent; moreover they may have awakened a sleeping giant. The detour of the American Republic in 1913
is coming to bite us in a very vulnerable place. The question is… Will we continue to be
apathetically and spiritually castrated, or’ will we ‘really’ separate the
church from the State and stand up and fight for what is right?
One can only hope…

A writer who is not in trouble, is not writing the truth. Based on that…I must
be writing the truth…
