We need a few new Mel and Norma Gabler’s
Advanced Placement (AP) textbook publishers has rewritten the Bill of Rights

Here’s the new AP history textbook’s reworking of the text that will be taught to future students…your kids, for example the Second Amendment now reads: “The people have a right to keep and bear arms in a state militia.”  How could that be, since state militias didn’t exist at the writing of the Amendment?
\
And if you notice in the scan of the AP text book something has been changed and  added to the First Amendment as well, the “(separation of church and state)” which does not appear in the real First Amendment which is: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”.  No separation clause!

This nevertheless is what your kids will be brainwashed with in the near future. We won’t need the congress anymore sence we will just change the Constitution by robotically programing our kids with whatever the tyrannical government Department of Education wants.

Here is the real Constitution’s wording of the Second Amendment: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

United States History: Preparing for the Advanced Placement Examination gets it backwards. The arbitrary revision interprets the Second Amendment in a way that concludes that the only way it is constitutional to “keep and bear arms” is for a person to be part of a “state militia.”

The 2nd Amendment says that a militia is necessary to protect a Free State, so in order to be able to have a citizen’s militia (which is what existed at the time), the citizens have a natural right to keep and bear arms and the government cannot infringe on that right.

The AP textbook version implies that we're only allowed to keep and bear arms if we’re in a State militia, a clear misrepresentation of the 2nd Amendment. This is of course in order to control the rights of the people, thereby ending Freedom!

High School history textbooks have been used as propaganda tools for decades. Mel and Norma Gabler scrutinized textbooks and wreaked havoc on the textbook industry for nearly 50 years. They got involved in reviewing textbooks when they found factual errors in their 14-year old son’s textbook, in particular, the absence of the phrase “under God” from the text of Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address.

Further study showed interpretive bias on economic, political, and religious subjects. Their most famous find was a 1973 fifth-grade American history textbook that devoted more attention to Marilyn Monroe than to George Washington. Norma Gabler remarked, “We’re not quite ready for Marilyn Monroe as the mother of our country.”

In 2001, Time magazine reported that their “scroll of shame” of textbook rewriting propaganda since 1961 was 54 feet long. In the early 1990s, The state of Texas fined publishers about $1 million for failing to remove hundreds of factual errors the Gablers had found in 11 history books. An example: A textbook said that Senator John C. Calhoun of South Carolina had supported the tariff of 1816. He actually opposed it.

The Illegal Department of Education and public schools have done a great job in shifting worldview thinking, from theism to humanism right under the noses of parents who ignorantly and apathetically extol the virtues of America’s government indoctrination system believing it to actually be an honest to goodness education system. Consider how some textbooks handled the subject of religion in the founding of America prior to the Texas TEKS guidelines.

One elementary school social studies book has thirty pages of material “on the Pilgrims,” Paul Vitz writes in his book on textbook censorship, “including the first Thanksgiving.”

“But there is not one word (or image) that referred to religion as even a part of the Pilgrims’ life. One mother whose son is in a class using this book wrote . . . that he came home and told her that ‘Thanksgiving was when the Pilgrims gave thanks to the Indians.’ The mother called the principal of this suburban New York City school to point out that Thanksgiving was when the Pilgrims thanked God. The principal responded by saying ‘that was her opinion’ — the schools could only teach what was in the books!”

So now the real truth is simply opinion and the opinion written in the textbook is the new truth, soon the real truth will not be known.  All the easier to introduce despotism to those that have never known the truth of Freedom!

I suspect that the teaching of America’s Christian history has not improved much since Paul C. Vitz did his study.

Government School boards and textbook writers try to hide the truth. As Russell Shorto has to admit the following in his New York Times article “How Christian were the Founders?”: “There is . . . one slightly awkward issue for hard-core secularists who would combat what they see as a Christian whitewashing of American history: the Christian activists still have a certain amount of documented history on their side.”   At least until it is all rewritten and the truth destroyed.

THE BOTTOM LINE: Unless parents have an interest in what is going into their kids heads full of mush, their children will grow up not only without the truth of Freedom but without even the knowledge of its existence.

Recently, I followed up on the growing textbook scandal out of Denton, Texas.  A textbook being used throughout the nation in AP U.S. History courses rewrites the Second Amendment to say that only members of state militias have the right to keep and bear arms.
From the Western Political Action Committee
“The liberal agenda is on the march, and the way liberals will get our guns is to indoctrinate our children in our schools by lying to them about their rights. It's time to take a stand against this, and we at Western Representation PAC are developing a nationwide strategy to get this book, with its liberal lies about our fundamental rights, out of our classrooms.
We'll take the fight to liberals in school boards, empowering parents to take on bureaucrats in order to replace propaganda with historically accurate textbooks that don't lie about our Second Amendment rights.”

If you agree, please share these posts with your friends, family, co-workers.  The only way to defeat the apathy and propaganda of the government controlled media is to spread the truth.  Thanks for listening – de Andréa
