When The Governments Are The Criminals
What happens when the government
won’t obey the law, who arrests and prosecutes ‘them’? Well…‘ah’ no one obviously…

Constitutional Law is not a
self-enforcing law. The words of the document
will not leap off the page and validate themselves. If the Constitution and freedom it protects is
to be kept alive, someone’ must do the enforcing.
But isn’t that what government officials are
supposed to do? Well…no not exactly.
Government officials are only a part
of the constitutional equation; they are actually the smaller part. The greater part that the Constitution was
set up to take care of as the real enforcers, was the States, then you the
people the heirs of the document, and then the U.S. Supreme Court which doesn’t
actually enforce anything so it’s back to you the people.
But...
A little history: Despite what kind of funny history you may
have been indoctrinated with, the American government was never meant to be a Democracy.
On the contrary the experimental design to guarantee freedom never tried before
in history was designed to be a Representative
Constitutional Republic
with redundant checks and balances, in other words, Federalism not Nationalism
and no single power or authority.
However…
On April 8 1913 what the architects
designed to automatically take care of protecting the Constitution was
destroyed, along with it went the American
Republic . In 1913 the experimental American Republic
became a true Majority Rule Democracy, a style of government that has been
tried and failed throughout history. Moreover,
the term Democracy actually made the ‘Founders’ cringe. One of the tragic events that took place in
1913 was the ratification of the 17th
Amendment which among other things, took the election of the Senate out
of the control of the State legislature and put it in the hands of the majority
(mob), and left the states
with no representation in the Federal Government at all. The people’s representatives are
still the Peoples House of Representatives, The Senators being elected by the
states created a balance of sovereign power and responsibility for the individual
states. As a result of the 17th
Amendment, today the Senate (State House) answers to no one and represents no
one but themselves.
The first part of the 17th
Amendment text changing the Constitution: “The
Senate of the United States
shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people
thereof…” this destroyed the power, sovereignty, and representation
of the states to the Federal Government.
The Second in line with the
responsibility to enforce constitutional law were the people themselves but how
were we suppose to enforce it? Through
the States! The
States’ duty is to interpose themselves between their citizens and a central
government which is always bent on despotism.
But as I pointed out, because of the 17th Amendment, the
states have been rendered dumb and toothless dogs against the despotism of a national
governmental tyranny. The total loss of
state sovereignty and the power of a representative Republic.
The third way was from the States appeal
to the Supreme Court, which although now lacks the support of the Senate, the
States still have that Option.
So what can we do now that we have
lost the Republic and the states have lost their representation? Well, simply put, ‘you’ must stake a claim. You cannot remain silent, because silence
implies consent. When the federal
government (now the National Government) oversteps your rights, you must resist. And since we now have this dreaded Democracy
as a form of government the ‘Majority Rules’ (MOB RULE) instead of the rule of law,
the legal system of the Republic has been gutted and trashed. If the majority rules then this is not a time
for the silent majority to be silent my friend, this is the time to make a pest
of yourself with your District Representatives in Washington D.C.
as well as your State Assemblymen. You have, because of
the 17th Amendment, become the liaison between the State and what has
become the National Democratic Government.
Did you know that the Second
Amendment has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with hunting or sports or
collecting or target shooting but has everything to do with what we are now up
against? The Second Amendment is actually
the RIGHT
TO SHOOT TYRANTS as a last ditch effort to save freedom. As I said the Framers included a whole raft
of checks, balances, and redundancies and in the case of the Second Amendment it
is a provision incase everything else fails as it is now doing. Why do you think the tyrants want to get rid
of it??? Ultimately armed resistance supported
by the Second Amendment is the last and most desperate means of resistance, which
the governments are now busy trying to destroy.
But in the meantime, there is much
you can do, and much you can learn about as to what can be done. As I said make a pest of yourself to your Representatives,
both State and Federal. Tell them what
you know, ask the hard questions, and above all demand answers. Remember you are their boss, not the other
way around.
For one thing, you can refuse to be an
enabler of the tyrant when others are engaging in lawful, honest resistance. In fact there are many ways that you can help
other Americans against the tyrant.
"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men
to do nothing.” -- Edmund Burke
"They that can
give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty
nor safety.” -- Benjamin Franklin, Historical
R eview of Pennsylvania (1759)
"But you must remember, my
fellow-citizens, that eternal vigilance by the people is the price of liberty,
and that you must pay the price if you wish to secure the blessing. It
behooves you, therefore, to be watchful in your States as well as in the
Federal Government.” -- Andrew Jackson, Farewell Address, March 4, 1837
"The greatest tyrannies are always perpetrated in the name of the
noblest causes.” -- Thomas Paine
THE BOTTOM LINE: Get educated. Get involved.
Resist the tyrant in any way that you can my friend, and may God be with
you…
