Showing his contempt for the American Constitution and the Republic, history will show that Obama was more of a Dictator than a President.  The character of Obama’s out of control Executive Orders are a precursor to a Social Communist Dictatorship.

Have you ever wondered how or why a third world country or recently like Venezuela would elect and reelect a dictator like Chavez to run their country?  I mean really, why would they do that?  I don’t know, maybe it’s because they’re as ignorant as the majority of Americans.  Yeah ya think?

Below are some facts that you should know and won’t likely find on the 6 o’clock news or anywhere in the “Alphabet Soup” news media. 

No president, with the exception of FDR has even used his executive power as often as Obama.  More importantly NO PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY OF THESE UNITED STATES HAS EVER USED HIS EXECUTIVE POWER TO BLATANTLY OVERRIDE THE LEGISLATION OF CONGRESS, that is until…BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA. 

BHO has issued 923 executive orders including his illegal Czar appointments which are at a rate of 263 per year for 3.5 years. The National Archives Federal Register shows 135 total executive orders Issued, but does not count the changes he made to existing laws nor does it reflect the kind’ of Executive Orders, and does not include all the illegal appointments he made without the usual congressional approval, all by extinctive orders.

FDR issued 3734 executive orders a rate of 311 per year in 12 years, that’s 48 per year more than Obama, but remember FDR was fighting the Second World War.  FDR didn’t make law or defy already passed or rejected congressional law; he made quick executive decisions regarding the war. 

The average yearly amount executive orders of all the presidents since and including FDR’s 311, has been 86 executive orders per-year for their terms.  Compare this to Barack Hussein Obama’s average of 263 per year, puts Obama at a 177 executive orders per year more than the average of all the administrations since and including the highest of FDR.

And if that is not enough, now note what just a few of Obama’s executive orders were…  Barack Obama has used executive orders to seal and/or destroy presidential records; create a faith council, an economic council, a domestic policy council, a council on women and girls, and dozens more of the same type.  Further a council of bioethics, a council to change pay grades, a council to set up a team of governors to synchronize state and federal military operations domestically in the U.S. (Reminiscent of Hitler’s SS’, Obama’s own private domestic army that he promised during his presidential campaign).  And a council to improve regulatory review; a “create a jobs” council; a council to set up immunity for Bosnia, a council to revoke some earlier orders and talk about finances.  Just to name a few, all of these have bypassed the Congressional Legislature…GAAAAASP!

What’s more, he’s used his councils to discuss - redistribution of wealth, ensure abortions through Obamacare, that no one in congress read; review Guantanamo Bay operations; promote multi-Culturalism; amend court-martial procedures; launch a national women action plan, promote the Muslim Brotherhood in Syria, talk about North Korea, encourage efficient government (by issuing MORE executive orders), target transnational crime groups, promote efficient ‘government spending’(i.e. bail outs) and many, many more, and no Congress in site. WHEEEEEW!

Now if critics are saying that it looks like he’s trying to run the country single-handedly like a dictator, they would be right.

He’s changed legally established federal policies on immigration, and welfare, as well as a plethora of other policies and appointed officials/Czars without congressional approval.

Obama is employing his executive powers now more than ever before during his presidency.  Obama has been sidestepping Congress through his “We Can’t Wait Initiative”, a series of executive actions that he claims benefit the lower and middle class through infrastructure projects and economic policy changes (such as tax the rich and ‘GIVE’ to the poor project). He once said he thought of himself as a “Robin Hood” the trouble is Robin Stole from the ‘Government’ and and gave back what it stole to the poor.   He also skirted Senate approval in January when he appointed nominees to the National Labor Relations Board and to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  The appointments were unprecedented because he made them when the Senate was technically not’ in recess, violating Constitutional law and prompting legal challenges from conservative groups.

In June, the president all by himself and against congressional sentiment, halted deportations of illegal immigrants who entered the United States when they were children and met certain requirements, such as the lack of a criminal record.  The change mirrored provisions of the DREAM Act --- the failed legislation that Obama supported and Senate Republicans blocked in 2010.  And in July, Obama arbitrarily changed welfare policy to allow states to modify work requirements if they test new approaches to increasing employment.  Obama did not submit the policy change to Congress for review, which the nonpartisan Government Accountability Office concluded was illegal.  All are clear violations of Article II, Section 3, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution!

Clinton, another criminal, abused Executive Order policy

It was a presidential aide to Clinton, Paul Begala, who put the controversy into perspective, back in July 1998 when he said: “Stroke of the pen.  Law of the land. Kinda cool.”

“All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”  –Article 1, U.S. Constitution, 1789

From the article:

“The greatest fear of the Founding Fathers was the establishment of a strong central government and an ambitious, power-hungry political leader at the center of that government.  They had had their fill of kings and dictators.  They believed the best assurance against centralized authority was a loose association of sovereign states, which maintained most governmental power at the local level,”  meaning states,  counties and cities.

“Stroke of the pen.  Law of the land.  Kinda cool,” Paul Begala said, boasting how the Clinton machine was able to simply dictate what it wanted to have happen.  It came as Clinton glibly announced he would issue a barrage of executive orders to push his agenda forward without input from Congress.  But it still doesn’t even come close to what Obama is doing.

Michael Boldin of the nation’s Tenth Amendment Center, explaines how the system is supposed to work.  “In Article I Section I of the Constitution we learn that all legislative powers reside in Congress.  The executive branch has the responsibility to execute the laws passed by Congress.  An executive order is not legislation.  It is an order issued by the president to enforce laws passed by Congress.  This is backed by the declaration that the president ‘take care that the laws be faithfully executed’ made in Article II, Section 3, Clause 5.  Thus, executive orders can only be used to carry out the will of Congress (which is only supposed to be passing laws in line with the Constitution), and not to issue new policy.”

But that’s not the reality of the Obama administration.

Many of Obama’s orders not only do an illegal end run around congress but they are flagrantly unconstitutional and thus are against the law, but I have to suppose because of what has transpired, and because it’s a presidential order, it is followed unless some individual or group challenges it – and wins.  So using the logic of what has already transpired in the Obama administration one would have to reason that Obama could violate any law including committing murder and unless some individual or group challenges it or the Department of Justus sends out a bench warrant for his arrest it is just ignored.  Oh!  Excuse me, that has already taken place in the mass murders of “FAST AND FURIOUS.  Moreover the Department of Justus won’t issue a bench warrant for Obama’s arrest because their’ hands as well as the hands of the BATFE are even bloodier.  So in this writer’s opinion, the entire administration is just a bunch of dirty rotten criminals. 

The first line of defense against an unconstitutional president should be the Congress. Where are they?  They should say…  ‘The president is enacting legislation on his own without any other branches of government.’  But if Congress fails to act, then it is up to individual citizens who are willing to make a fight of it.  At the very least we as citizens can vote this Communist Muslim mafia mufti son of Satan out of Office in November!

Further is the recent announcement by the Whitehouse it would abandon the federal Defense of Marriage Act, not offering a defense should a lawsuit be filed over its requirements.  The result here is that an existing federal law is left un-enforced because of Obama’s decision that he doesn’t like it for his own personal agenda.

These are only examples of Obam’s total disregard for American Constitutional law or any law.  Obama considers himself above the law.  He makes his own laws as he goes along, do you know these are blatant examples of a Dictator, not an American President.  With such a move, the Department of Justice becomes an illegal entity – violating the law.  Congress should have them all up there, on impeachable offenses.  So you see we have a Congress that is enabling and supporting this criminal administration.

DREAM Act fiat

C‎onservative writer Phyllis Schlafly as published by WorldNet Daily noted that Obama’s recent announcement to create the DREAM Act by executive order fiat, would give permission for millions of those who broke the law to enter the United States – and their children – to obtain legal standing now, she explained.  “Obama showed his contempt for our constitutional legislative process by his effort to get rid of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA),” she said, “That is another example of his violation of the express obligation laid on the president by the U.S. Constitution to ‘take care that the laws be faithfully executed.’”

Another recent maneuver on the part of the president was to overturn the congressionally mandated work requirements with the 1996 welfare reform act.  Robert Rector of the Heritage Foundation explained the law explicitly states that no president could change the work requirements, since those were the heart and soul of the reforms made by congress.  Yet Obama did just that.

When one controls the communications, one controls the country!

In her WorldNetDaily commentary, Andrea Shea king reported that Obama is trying to get an order prepared to give him “the power to override Congress when it comes to his control of the Internet.”

WorldNetDaily commentator Thomas Sowell said Obama is fundamentally “undermining” the American constitutional government system with his orders.

“The separation of powers into legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government is at the heart of the Constitution of the United States – and the Constitution is at the heart of freedom for Americans,” he wrote.  “No president of the United States is authorized to repeal parts of legislation passed by Congress.  He may veto the whole legislation, but then Congress can override his veto if they have enough votes.  Nevertheless, every president takes an oath to faithfully execute the laws that have been passed and sustained – not just the ones he happens to agree with.  If laws passed by the elected representatives of the people can be simply overruled unilaterally by whoever is in the White House, then we are no longer a free people, choosing what laws we want to live under,” he continued.  “When a president can ignore the plain language of duly passed laws and substitute his own executive orders, then we no longer have ‘a government of laws, and not of men’ but a president ruling by decree, like the dictator in some banana republic.”

Erich Pratt of Gun Owners of America says he can see executive orders coming from Obama regarding the Second Amendment.  Missing authority ‘hasn’t stopped him’ before.  “I can see him telling gun stores, ‘You can’t sell a gun over .380.  You can’t sell rifles that use large magazines or I’m pulling your license,” he said.  “Even without legal authority or constitutional authority.  That hasn’t stopped him on so many other issues.  There likely wouldn’t be any legislation or court ruling involved, just administrative or executive orders from Obama to abolish the Second Amendment or change rules for gun stores and individuals, this is tantamount to being dictator.”

WorldNetDaily columnist David Limbaugh also recently addressed the concern.

He said the Obama “overreach” by issuing executive orders was “nothing new.”

“Obama has frequently complained about how democracy and the Constitution are ‘messy’ and do not permit him to exercise the authority of a Chinese president.  But he nevertheless warned us that he would be pushing forward with his agenda through executive orders and administrative actions ‘on a wide range of fronts,’” Limbaugh warned.  “But he has outdone himself this time [regarding illegal aliens], even going beyond limitations he freely recognized not long ago, when he complained that he didn’t have the authority to impose his immigration policy wish list.  Perhaps recent polling numbers showing him trailing Mitt Romney have increased his desperation.  His frontal assaults on the Constitution are so brazen now it’s hard not to conclude that he was willing to take a calculated risk that his excesses would offend fewer rule-of-law sticklers than they would attract Hispanic voters.”  Limbaugh said, “I’m just getting warmed up, but it suffices to say that it’s past time for Democratic lawmakers to join with Republicans in defending our Constitution and our liberties against this rogue president.”

Obama said in a town hall meeting “Democracy and the Constitution are ‘messy’ and do not permit him to exercise the authority of a Chinese president.”  Need I remind you that a Chinese president is a Communist Dictator?  

Doug Hagmann of the Canada Free Press notes the ‘Gang Leader’ mentality of Obama, accusing him of cover[t]sion, sabotage, agitation, violence, chaos, civil unrest, pandemonium and enacting martial law powers.  ‎Columnist Eric Rush noted that the dozens of “czars” appointed by Obama are in fact an extension of his new executive order concept, since they report to no one but the president.  “I’ve been saying this for some time, but I was still gratified to hear [Canada Free Press writer Doug] Hagmann say it.  Hagmann outlines how the Obama administration is covertly utilizing prominent agitators among the political left to incite chaos, and eventually violence, based on racial and class factors, while the administration continues to sabotage America’s economic engine.  The latter efforts are also intended to catalyze widespread civil unrest.”  He said, “Implementation of this plan is, being carried out via Obama’s unelected czars and heavily involves the Department of Homeland Security.  From lower-level DHS agents making payments to street-level agitators, to former green energy czar Van Jones mentoring Occupy leaders, to coordination with political allies such as the New Black Panther Party and the Nation of Islam’s Imam Louis Farrakhan, the administration has all bases covered.  Cultural balkanization and another heavy hit to the economy are calculated to result in unprecedented rioting and finally widespread public pandemonium followed by implementation of martial law.  The objectives here are personal power for Obama, of course, and a coalescing of the federal government’s authority; the goal, the destruction of the United States of America as a constitutional republic,” he said.

There even are reports that Obama may use executive orders to take the nation into an era of ceded authority and diminished international capabilities.  The plan uncovered calls for an executive order to be issued for a National Ocean Policy, a UN treaty called LOST that will determine how the ecosystem is managed while giving the federal government more regulatory authority over any businesses that utilize the ocean.  The executive order is to be based on the recommendations of Obama’s Interagency Ocean Policy Taskforce, created in 2010… also; you guessed it…all by dictatorial executive order.

And then there is Agenda 21, and on and on and on…

THE BOTTOM LINE: Have you ever studied the rise of the Third Riche?  Well it reads the same way my friend.  The German people didn’t see it coming either.  Before they knew what was happening Hitler was issuing Executive Orders that resulted in mass murder of innocent human beings.  Oh!  I almost forgot Obama has already done that.

Remember FAST A FURIOUS?   People are still being murdered as a result of that EXECUTIVE ORDER.  And incidentally that wasn’t one of the 135 executive orders listed on the conveniently skewed National Archives Federal Register either. 

Moreover, before Hitler --- Germany was a democracy as well.
