Britain Adopts Islamic Law

Britain Adopts Islamic Law, Gives Sharia Courts Full Power to Rule on Civil Cases

Islamic law has been officially adopted in Britain, with Sharia courts given powers to rule on Muslim civil cases.

The government has quietly sanctioned the powers for Sharia judges to rule on cases ranging from divorce and financial disputes to those involving domestic violence.

Rulings issued by a network of five Sharia courts are enforceable with the full power of the judicial system, through county courts or the country's High Court, a part of its Supreme Court system.

Previously, the rulings of Sharia courts in Britain could not be enforced, and depended on voluntary compliance among Muslims.

Politicians and church leaders expressed concerns that this could mark the beginnings of a “parallel legal system” based on Sharia for some British Muslims.

Dominic Grieve, the shadow home secretary, said: “If it is true that these tribunals are passing binding decisions in the areas of family and criminal law, I would like to know which courts are enforcing them because I would consider such action unlawful. British law is absolute and must remain so.” End

The U.S. already has two “Sharia Only Courts”, one in Michigan and one in Texas. How long do you think it will take for the Headlines of the New York Times to read?

Islamic law has been officially adopted in the United States, with Sharia courts given powers to rule on Muslim civil and criminal cases.

The congress with the support of the U.S. Supreme Court has quietly sanctioned the powers for Sharia judges to rule on cases ranging from divorce and financial disputes to those involving domestic violence and crimes against the state.

Rulings issued by a network of five Sharia courts are enforceable with the full power of the judicial system, through county courts or the Supreme Court.

Previously, the rulings of Sharia courts in the U.S. could not be enforced, and depended largely on voluntary compliance among Muslim fundamentalists.

Some politicians and church leaders expressed concerns that this could mark the beginnings of a Sharia based legal system for all Americans.

American laws use to be absolute and should have remained so.” End

It’s coming to a court near you my friend…very soon! Is it coming in 2014? Probably not, but as in merry old Islamic England, it ‘will come’, unless we stop it and ‘stop it now’
