Torch the U.S. Constitution

Did you know that the government of South Africa has a constitution far superior to our own? Or maybe we should trade ours in for Islamic Sharia law…

A little real education:

“I would not look to the U.S. Constitution if I were drafting a constitution for the year 2012. I might look to the Constitution of South Africa…a fundamental instrument of government that embraced basic human rights…” This is a quote from U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on January 30th 2012.

This, my friend, is an example of the caliber of despotically brainwashed uneducated indoctrinated America hating individual that is currently serving on our Federal Supreme Court, as well as in most of our Federal Government.

Who am ‘I’ - to question a highly respected judge that was voted in by congress to serve for the rest of her life on the highest court in the land?  Who am ‘I’, you ask?  I am educated, not brainwashed or blindly indoctrinated with the satanic philosophy of the liberal Communist left… that’s who I am.  While Justice Ginsburg may know the letter of the law and how to manipulated it, I, my friend, know the spirit of the law, the history of the law, the philosophy of the law and how the architects and framers meant it to be applied, something that isn’t taught in the anti-American law schools these days.

“I firmly believe in the rule of law as the foundation for all of our basic rights,” said Sonia Sotomayer another America hating Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court. She is also a member of the racist anti-American Mexican activist group La Rasa, translated The Race, who wants to recapture the U.S. Pacific Southwest from Texas to California for Mexico, so the Mexican Mafia can turn that into a dizzy drug cesspool as well.

But first’ let me address the quote made by Justice Ginsburg, the part where she said, referring to the South African Constitution, and I quote: “…a fundamental instrument of government that embraced basic human rights…” So this is why she wouldn’t look to the U.S. Constitution if she were drafting one. She likes the South African Constitution, first’ because it is a “fundamental instrument of government”.

You see, she hates the U.S. Constitution because it is not an instrument of the government; it is in fact an instrument of the people to limit the power of government. And second, she speaks of the constitutional instrument or tool of government ‘as’ the direct source of human rights, she uses the word “embrace” or to protect. The way the U.S. Constitution protects the rights of the people is indirectly by the constitutional limitation of government, hence the 10th Amendment. The law, the constitution, the government has nothing to do with basic rights. If the government were the source or protector of our rights, they would also be the despoiler of our rights.

If one would want a direct source of protection for our rights one would look to the Second Amendment my friend, and then it would be the ‘people’ who would protect their own rights and freedom. The Second Amendment …”being necessary for the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms”… That my friend is why the framers included it in the Bill.

Our rights according the Declaration are, and I quote: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed”. …that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. Our rights come from ‘God’ folks, not our government, the Constitution or the law or any where else… Just GOD! So only GOD can take them away. That’s why our government hates the American Constitution.

Our government does not “embrace” our rights in anyway and the main body of the Constitution does not even mention our “unalienable rights,” as they are not given by the government the law or the Constitution. They are given by our “Creator” as documented in the Declaration. In other words, we are “endowed” with them before we are even born; this is also why they hate the unborn, because they have rights. So of course people like U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg would not even look to the U.S. Constitution if she were drafting a constitution for the year 2012. She would instead look to the Constitution of South Africa because as she said…it is a “fundamental instrument of government” that “embraced[s] basic human rights”. I repeat, if one wants a direct source of protection for our rights one would look to the Second Amendment.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg and others like her lead a shadow activist group that is working behind the scenes to expand the roll and power of government to be the central source and embracer or protector of our rights. This would of course give the government constitutional power to take them all away as well.

That being said - let me address the quote made by Justice Sonia Sotomayer. “I firmly believe in the rule of law as the foundation for all of our basic rights". Sounds innocent enough, even sounds intelligent and educated, but as Justice Ginsburg, she believes that it is the Constitution, or at least as she says, “the rule of law” that is “the foundation for all of our basic rights”. I can’t help but remember during her Senate hearings, a Senator asked her if it wasn’t the Declaration that said our rights came from our ‘Creator’, and not the law… as I recall, the question seamed to have just gone right over her brainwashed head, it seemed to have fit like a square peg in a round hole.

In one of my last articles I wrote about Obama’s foreign policy advisor, journalist and talk show host Fareed Zakaria, titled Is Obama preparing for a Muslim America. Zakaria, is one of Obama’s many Muslim government infiltrators, who says “the U.S. Constitution needs fixing”, he says that “it is undemocratic”…got news for you Fareed, America was never meant to be democratic --- a Constitutional Republic Fareed, a Republic, not a Democracy. Unplug your I-PAD and read your history for a change, trust me, there’s no “APP” for that. Listen to what Fareed Zakaria says about our constitution, and a response from Constitutional lawyer and talk show host Mark Levin.


THE BOTTOM LINE: There is a blindly ignorant and indoctrinated element in America that like sheep blindly follow the wolf who believes he has a better idea! They are a product of our unconstitutional liberal government controlled so-called educational system. They espouse to autocracy and despotism, moreover they want to gut’ our Constitution, and replace it with a foreign import from Africa or the Middle East. Why? Because they are totally ignorant of the true history, philosophy, and purpose of the U.S. Constitution and our system of law.
