Muslim Shariah Law Comes to Vanderbilt

A Muslim Chaplain at Vanderbilt University Teaches Homosexuality Is “Punishable by Death”

Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee, like most early American universities and colleges was started by Christian churches. Vanderbilt is no exception.

Started in 1872 by the Methodist Episcopal Church it was originally named Central University. With the civil war and lack of funds the University seemed to be doomed from the start. In 1875 bishop Holland McTyeire sought funds from a relative known as Cornelius Vanderbilt, a relation of his by marriage. With one Million dollars Vanderbilt enrolled 200 students. It was later renamed Vanderbilt University after its benefactor Cornelius Vanderbilt.

Like Georgetown University (now a wholly controlled Muslim college) in Washington DC, also was once a Christian college, Vanderbilt has also given in to Muslim terrorist MONEY which of course comes with many strings attached. One of which is the enactment of Sharia Law and the hiring of Muslim madrassas.

Last week, a Vanderbilt University Muslim chaplain Awadh Binhazim publicly acknowledged what those of us who study Shariah Islamic law believe.

Awadh Binhazim, when pressed on whether or not Shariah Islamic law requires the death penalty for homosexuals, asserted that yes, it does. Furthermore, he stated: “I don’t have a choice as a Muslim to accept or reject teachings.”

According to a January 29th WorldNetDaily article, Awadh Binhazim is listed on the Vanderbilt website as “Adjunct Professor of Islam at the Divinity School” and is described by Vanderbilt University officials as “the university’s Muslim chaplain.”

To see the 3 minute video of the exchange between Binhazim and Devin Saucier, president of Vanderbilt’s chapter of Youth for Western Civilization, click here.

We must make it crystal clear to those like Awadh Binhazim, and all those who agree with his belief in oppressive, intolerant, Shariah Islamic law:

That this belief is repugnant to us and our culture and we will tirelessly speak out against it and those who advocate it.

That Shariah Islamic law is incompatible with Judeao Christian morals and American civil society as well as our constitutional law.

And that we will oppose any and every effort to advance Shariah law here in America, in whatever form it takes.

One by one, America’s primary schools, high schools, collages and universities are being deceived by the flash of terrorist Muslim Saudi Money. It comes with a price.

That price my friend, is the future of our freedom…
