This Guy Is Coming Down

So says blogger Parker Shannon, a 70-year-old retiree who has documented legal violations by Obama for the past two years from his home in Boston.

TheObamaFile.com, an extensive information depot questioning Barack Obama's eligibility to hold the office of president, has vanished off the Internet, and its publisher believes the political end is also near for the commander in chief.

"This guy is coming down, there's nothing anybody can do about it," declares Parker Shannon, But Shannon stresses his decision to shut down the site had nothing to do with any kind of pressure from the government.

"The Obama camp didn't get to me. They can't," he said. "What got to me is my fellow Americans."

"I'm disappointed,"
he said, explaining he lives on Social Security and a small retirement pension. "I just am tired of doing what I'm doing, and I get 50 e-mails a day telling me I'm a great patriot and they're praying for me. I don't want to hear it. Just send me $10."

Shannon says he spent 60 to 70 hours a week on his efforts and received only $240 in the entire two years despite displaying prominent donation buttons. The home page now just has a logo and the words, "Closed. Lack of support."

Shannon says he decided to pull the plug on the Obama File after celebrating his 70th birthday, and he is now going to reassess what to do with his reams of information, including the possibility of writing a book.

"I've got more stuff on Obama than anybody on the planet. I'm not gonna let it go to waste," he said, adding, "I'm not doing it for free anymore."

Shannon's site didn't claim Obama is not an American citizen. In fact, it clearly stated, "Obama is a citizen. He's just not a natural born citizen."

The phrase "natural born citizen" is key, because the Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Shannon featured charts and quotes from Congress on his page claiming a person needs to have both parents as U.S. citizens to be considered a "natural born" citizen, as opposed to just being born in the U.S., which would make someone a "native born" citizen.

His site explained: "Obama is not a 'natural born citizen' because his father was a Kenyan national and a British subject. To be a natural born citizen, a person's parents must BOTH be citizens of the United States of America. Further, that person must be born in the United States."

Parker Shannon of the Obama File highlighted excerpts from the 1st U.S. Congress in his effort to demonstrate a natural born citizen must be the child of two U.S. citizens.

It is interesting that the father’s race is designated as African. African is not a race it is in fact not even a country, it is a continent and therefore never has been officially used to identify a race. It would be tantamount to identifying the Caucasian race as North American. There are in fact many Caucasian Africans so the designation of African has never been used to identify race.

A widely circulated image of a Certification of Live Birth often touted by the White House and some members of the national media as proof Obama was born in Hawaii, Shannon also claims is a forgery.

He cites as just one example the use of the term "African" to describe the race of Obama's father on the certificate of live birth.

Parker Shannon of the Obama File says the use of the word "African" to denote the race of President Obama's father is evidence the Certification of Live Birth touted by the Obama camp is actually a forgery.

"There was a narrow list of [acceptable] words, none of which were 'African,' which is what is on Obama’s certification of Live Birth. Whoever counterfeited the thing couldn't bring himself to say 'Negro.'“ Even though this was the term used at the time.

Indeed, a 1961 summary of U.S. vital statistics by the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (now known as Health and Human Services) indicates:

Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and "other nonwhite.” The category "white" includes, in addition to persons reported as "white," those reported as Mexican or Puerto Rican. With one exception, a reported mixture of Negro with any other race is included in the Negro group; other mixed parentage is classified according to the race of the nonwhite parent and mixtures of nonwhite races to the race of the father.

Many people remain unaware that someone doesn't even have to be born in Hawaii to receive a COLB, as those birth documents can be granted to children born out of state or even America. Note; they are not long form certificates.

To date, Obama has steadfastly refused to release his long-form hospital-generated birth certificate including details such as the name of his birth hospital and attending physician if it exists.

But his original birth certificate is not the only document at issue. Some of the documentation not available for Obama are his kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and adoption records.

THE BOTTOM LINE: If this isn’t proof that Obama is a fraud then it is at least enough evidence to cause a grand jury investigation. And yet, there is none in sight.

Even if Obama were to be impeached for fraud today, it would take years to undo the damage this man has done to foreign relations alone, not to mention the toll on the economy, a debt that cannot ever be paid off unless the American dollar is inflated to the point of worthlessness, which incidentally could be part of the plan to totally wreck the American capitalistic economy. Then the door would be wide open to usher in the new socialistic utopia that will save us all from the ravages of freedom and liberty.

The question is not whether there is enough proof. The question is, just how much do you need? Because, there is more!

Much more…

Re: "To be a natural born citizen, a person's parents must BOTH be citizens of the United States of America. Further, that person must be born in the United States."

Who says that a Natural Born Citizen requires two citizen parents and birth in the country?

The constitution does not define Natural Born, but Natural Born was commonly used in the laws of the US Colonies before the Revolution, and it meant that someone became a citizen of the colony and a subject of Britain merely by being born in the colony. This was regardless of the number of parents who were subjects or citizens.

This is what Natural Born refers to. It refers to the laws of citizenship at the time.

It does not refer to the theories of Vattel, a Swiss philosopher, who was considered an expert in international law, but not an expert on citizenship or government. The writers of the Constitution did not follow Vattel on many things. For example, Vattel recommended that each nation establish its own religion and force people to convert to it.

So where does Native Born come from? From the law, and not from Vattel. It comes from the laws in the American Colonies before the Revolution, in which anyone born in the colony was considered a Natural Born Subject of Britain AND a Natural Born Citizen of the colony. Being Natural Born simply meant being born in the colony regardless of the number of parents who were citizens.

This was very commonly known among the writers of the Constitution. This is what Blackstone said (and he was very popular reading among the writers of the Constitution, who were mainly lawyers):

“The children of aliens, born here in England, are, generally speaking, natural-born subjects and entitled to all the privileges of such. In which the constitution of France differs from ours; for there, by their jus albinatus, if a child be born of foreign parents, it is alien.” http://www.lonang.com/exlibris/blackstone/

(And the minor exceptions referred to in “generally speaking” refers to the children of foreign diplomats.) To be clear, Blackstone says that Natural Born subjects (and in the USA, Natural Born Citizens) are those that are born in the country regardless of the number of citizen parents.

And this is why such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply one who was born in the USA:

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), said:

“Every child born in the United States is a natural-born United States citizen except for the children of diplomats.” (December 11, 2008 letter to constituent)

Senator Orrin G. Hatch (R-UT), said:

“What is a natural born citizen? Clearly, someone born within the United States or one of its territories is a natural born citizen.” (Senate Judiciary Committee hearing hearing on OCTOBER 5, 2004)
