THE CHINA SYNDROME

Why do we continue to buy poison and dangerous products from China???

By de Andréa

The latest China scare: Don't eat the ginger. Traces of hazardous pesticide found on imports of the fresh herb.

Does anyone naively believe that the Chinese Communists eat the same food that they are shipping to the U.S.?

In the latest of a long line of scares over food imports from China, the U.S. Food & Drug Administration and the California Department of Public Health are again warning the public not to eat food from China. What I cannot understand, is why we continue to import this poison and dangerous products from the Chi-Com’s???

My advise, don’t buy anything made or grown in Communist China.

This time it is batches of ginger, commonly used in Chinese and Japanese dishes. They were found to be contaminated with traces of a hazardous pesticide called Aldicarb sulfoxide. The pesticide can cause humans to be poisoned within the first hour of exposure.

Ingestion of foods contaminated with low levels of aldicarb may cause flu-like symptoms (nausea, headache, blurred vision), according to the California agency. At higher levels of ingestion, aldicarb-contaminated food can also cause dizziness, salivation, excessive sweating, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle stiffness and twitching, and difficulty in breathing and for some possible death.

The ginger has been found in Albertson’s and Save Mart stories in Northern California. Again I ask, how does this poison get all the way to stores? How many times does one need to bump ones head in the same place before one learns to duck?

The FDA says that so far, there have been no reports of illness as a result of consumption of the imported ginger. Oh I get it; the FDA is waiting until someone dies before we reject this poison from China.
.
News over Chinese food exports to the U.S. that are unfit for human consumption has been breaking around the world.

The pet food poisoning that killed or maimed an estimated 39,000 cats and dogs in the U.S., was just the first incident for more than a decade, to leak out; this from a country that eats dogs and cats as well as kills human beings for their body parts.

I embarked on an investigation of other Chinese imports. What I have found to date:

Food imported for humans are as dangerous as the poisoned pet food. I found the vast majority of imported foods rejected as unfit for human consumption by the Food and Drug Administration are from China. FDA inspectors report tainted food imports intended for American humans are being rejected with increasing frequency because they are filthy, are contaminated with pesticides and tainted with carcinogens, bacteria and banned drugs.

China, the leading exporter of seafood to the U.S., is raising its fish in raw sewage, and compensating for the filth by using dangerous drugs and chemicals, many of which are banned by the Food and Drug Administration.

Toothpaste from China contains a deadly solvent called diethylene glycol used in antifreeze when it was introduced in an elixir 70 years ago it killed 107 Americans.

Lead-poisoning of Americans and their Children is being linked to – toys, makeup, glazed pottery and other products from China that contain significant amounts of lead.

Furniture, shop tools and recreational products imported from China that collapse or cut limbs off and sometime killing or severally injuring children as well as adults

There are currently no safety standards established between the U.S. and China, the, members of Congress are just beginning to work on safety regulations.

China is shipping honey to the U.S., containing a life-threatening antibiotic as well as substituting sugar syrup for honey.

This, as well as many fraudulent knockoff products that infringe on American Copyrights and Patents, moreover, for the last decade our government has been covering this up and looking the other way. I hope you aren’t naive enough to believe this just started with dog food.

The scandals are having a major impact on the Chinese economy. "The food security problems have impeded Chinese agri-products and food many times in international trade, and damaged our national credibility and image," Sun Xianze, director of food safety coordination at the State Food and Drug Administration, said at a weekend seminar. "The occurrence of food safety incidents or cases not only affects the healthy development of the whole industry, but also may impact upon the social stability."

THE BOTTOM LINE: Well it is fairly obvious that our government is more concerned about the Chinese economy than it is about the health and welfare of American citizens. This is yet another blatant violation of the U.S. Constitution that our Federal government chooses to arrogantly ignore. There were only a few reasons that were important enough for our forefathers to create a central government for America. The Constitutional protection from a foreign invasion and the health and welfare of the citizens of the many states were two of them.

Our Federal Government blatantly ignores both of these fundamental Constitutional laws at the detriment of American citizens…
